In recent years,the preparation method and the application of nano gold/platinum become more and more widely.Not only have they good catalytic properties,but also they have been applied at large in electrochemical,biological probe,sensor,and detection of harmful substances and imaging.As precious materials,they have showed great advantage in catalytic properties.At present,more and more researchers are trying to find the method to product high preparation efficiency,size controllable,narrow distribution particle which enable the nanoparticles stable.In this thesis,the size of gold/platinum nanoparticles prepared by reduction method was studied,how to control the size of the gold/platinum nanoparticles by controlling the amount of ruducing agent.Firstly,gold nanoparticles were prepared by sodium borohydride ruduction method.By optimizing the amount of sodium borohydride solution,nano gold particles with a particle size of about 5nm and a good dispersion were prepared;Secondly,the trisodium citrate reduction method is used and the spherical shape stable particles in length of around 14nm with great dispersion is produced;Then,by contrast of these two method,it is apparent that the nano gold particles from trisodium citrate reduction method have the size around dozon nanometer with great dispersion and stability while the particles from sodium borohydride reduction method is within 10nanometer;Finally,for reason that the nano platinum is irreplaceable for excellent catalytic performance yet very scarce,it is meaningful to studyproduce the nano platinum using sodium borohydride solution.That is what this paper mean todu.By adjusting the added amount,different size of the nano platinum can be made within 2-5 nanometer,appearing spherical,linear or petal shape and so on.The research shows that the nano gold/platinum produced by sodium borohydride reduction method is inclined to gather.While the nano gold/platinum produced by trisodium citrate reduction method is more stable despite of bigger particle size.The conclusion can be drawn that each methods have its own applicative value.
