Stilbene compounds are a class of natural polyphenols,mostly based on 1,2-stilbene as the basic skeleton.Stilbene-styrene-lignin is one of the important types of natural stilbene compounds,widely found in a variety of plants,with a unique 4-chiral central structure.Since the 1990s,with the in-depth study of these compounds,stilbene compounds showed excellent biological activities,such as antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,anti-thrombosis,anti-oxidation,hypoglycemic,etc.As a kind of important stilbene compounds because of low content in nature and the complex structure.The synthesis of the compounds is reported by biomimetic synthesis with low yield.A further study for synthesis of these compounds isvaluable.The kompasinol A is a stilbene-styrene-lignin analog,that studied in this paper have great potential for the hypoglycemic effect of various diabetes mellitus models.We want to construct anindineanalogwith Michael addition reaction and adole reaction to provide a method for praperation of stilbene-styrene-lignin efficiently.But this idea was abandoned because failure of Michael addition reaction after many test,due tosteric hindrance.We construct an indine analog with Nazarov cyclization reaction,using3,5-dihydroxyacetophenone as the start material,with high yield.At the same time,different catalysts and reaction conditions were screened for the asymmetric Nazarov cyclization reaction,which laid a solid foundation for the synthesi of Kompasinolanalog.This paper is divided into three chapters.The first chapter summarizes the classification and physiological activities of stilbene-styrene-lignin compounds.In the second chapter,we introduce the design and synthesis of kompasinol A.The third chapter is the experimental operation and partial spectral data of the reactions involved in this paper.
