Dairy cattle breeding wastewater is a typical high concentration organic wastewater,organic matter,suspended solids,and the ammonia nitrogen content is higher,and contains pathogenic macrobes direct emissions will cause serious environmental pollution,which contains a lot of organic matter that is difficult to treat.The test uses UASB-SBR process and UASB-biological contact oxidation process,two combination processes to study the process parameters and examine the effectiveness of two combination processes on Dairy cattle breeding wastewater,activated the optimum reaction conditions.Experimental results show that,UASB continuous operation of 90 days to complete the boot,UASB best HRT is 48h,the optimum operating temperature is 30-32 ? COD removal rate increases with the increase of volume load,when the influent COD concentration is about 5000mg/L,volume load is 2.0kgCOD/(m3.d),UASB is the best for the removal rate of COD,can reach more than 80%,the rate of increase of ammonia nitrogen can reach more than 15%.SBR process for treatment of dairy cattle breeding wastewater to maintain the dissolved oxygen concentration is 2?4mg/L,each cycle optimum aeration for 8h,SBR operation temperature keeps at 25 ? above running effect best,the removal rate of COD,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus by 90%,95%and 65%above.Biological contact oxidation process for treatment of dairy cattle breeding uses fast film-forming method shortened the film-forming time,after 30 days of operation,the reactor start-up success.Influent pH is maintained between 6.5 and 7.5,dissolved oxygen for 3?5mg/L,biological contact oxidation optimum HRT 48h,optimum gas water ratio is 45:1-55:1,operating temperature at 22? above,the running state of the biological contact oxidation is best,the removal rate of COD,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus in more than 90%,80%and 50%respectively.Comparison of UASB-SBR and UASB-biological contact oxidation process in the best operating patameters on dairy cattle breeding wastewater treatment effect,the results show that SBR process for wastewater treatment effect is slightly higher than the biological contact oxidation process,UASB-SBR process the rumoval rate of COD,ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus in waste water is slightly higher than of UASB-biological contact oxidation process.Using activated carbon adsorption process for advanced treatment of effluent from UASB-SBR process,through static test to determine the optimal dosing quantity of active carbon is 1.25g/L,the best adsorption time is 15-24h,the best pH is 7.5-8.Using activated carbon column dynamic test tor the advanced treatment of UASB-SBR effluent,when the HRT is 15.7h,activated carbon column of wastewater COD,ammonia nitrogen and the average removal rate of TP are 62.4%,58.1%and 92%,effluent in line with "Liaoning Province Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard "(DB21/1627-2008)of straight rows standards.
