Since China's reform and opening up,Chinese metallurgical industry has developed rapidly,China gradually step into economic power.The rise of metal manufacturing and metal smelting industry has brought huge economic benefits,also produced a series of problems,which contains fluoride acid wastewater problem in the process of metal smelting.The development of metal smelting industry is restricted by wastewater to certain extent,also lead to a lot of waste of resources.Metal smelting waste acid is a kind of high acid and high chlorine acid waste water(waste acid)with high acidity and complex composition,which is a kind of wastewater that very difficult to deal with.Waste acid in fluorine pollution is great,it will corrode the pipeline,causing economic losses,and pollution of groundwater,which has caused great harm to human and other animals and plants,serious damage to the ecological environment and harm to human health.In recent years,many countries introduced a series of environmental policies,with the strengthening of human environmental protection consciousness and the pursuit of healthy living,a growing number of researchers both at home and abroad joined to the study of fluoride wastewater treatment.Under the backgyround of this study,this paper studies the waste acid from the metal smelting in Hubei,Daye,and puts forward the preparation of micro powder material with organic matter and inorganic materials.The experiment is mainly divided into two modules,one is the preparation of fluoride removal material,the other is to prepare the fluoride removal material for the study and to determine the best conditions for fluoride removal.By controlling the monomer ratio and addition sequence,preparation of fluoride removal material in other auxiliary agent,the fluoride removal material prepared under different conditions of metal smelting waste acid fluoride treatment,according to the results to determine the optimum conditions for the removal of fluoride in fluoride removal material.Specific results are as follows:The prepared fluoride removal material were investigated by SEM,XRD,thermogravimetric characterization analysis,the results show that a layer of material on the surface of nano calcium carbonate inclusions.The surface is powdery,and electron microscopy data showed the particle size for the micron level,with large surface area.Thermogravimetric data showed that the synthesized material had good morphology and thermal stability.In different conditions,the fine powder can be used to remove fluoride ions in different degrees.The best conditions for the preparation of defluoridation materials in the laboratory were analyzed.When the ratio of two monomers of styrene and acrylamide was 1:1,and the acrylamide was added first,the effect of fluoride removal was better.Based on the original metal smelting waste acid and fluoride simulated wastewater under different conditions of fluoride removal in inquiry,found that the best fluoride fluorine material temperature is 40-50? and fluoride removal rate with the stirring speed and powder dosage increases gradually increased,in a certain range.Optimal adsorption time is 6 to 7 hours.We adopt the two section processing method in the processing of the original waste acid,in the first section,the fluoride ion wastewater can be reduced to 576 mg/L,fluoride removal rate of 70%;Compared with the first section,the two section of the waste acid treatment,fluoride removal rate of nearly 80%and the fluorine ion concentration of waste acid dropped to 150 mg/L.Do the desorption experiment after processing the waste acid to explore its'regeneration ability,it shows that when the Desorption to reach 4 times,after desorption material of waste acid fluoride in almost lost the adsorption capacity,so the adsorbent regeneration times to 3-4 times.At present,most of the treatment of fluoride wastewater technology has different degrees of defects,some of the equipment requirements are too high,and some fluoride can not be recovered after fluoride removal,resulting in high treatment costs.The nanometer powder can recycle by means of desorption,the processing cost can be effectively reduced.It has certain economic and social benefits.
