Beginning with the study of crown ether and cryptand,supramolecular chemistry has started to take center stage in the field of chemistry.Molecular recognition is one of the core content in supramolecular chemistry.Molecular recognition could be regarded as selectively bind between subjects and objects.There are many methods in molecular recognition,in which fluorescence analysis is the research highlight in that field.Fluorescence analysis has many advantages,such as high sensitivity,fine reproducibility and easy method for determination.The main work of this thesis is to study the design,synthesis and fluorescent properties of phosphorus compounds based on the skeleton of BINOL.And the phosphorus compounds can be used as the probe that can relay recognize mercury ions and Cys/Hcy/GSH.More details are as follows:Chapter one: In this section,we mainly focused on some common recognition mechanism of fluorescent probe,and then discussed the stimulative responsibility,recognition of metal ions,recognition of reactive oxygen species and other fields to present the development of organophosphorus compounds.Chapter two: In this section,BINOL was chosen as the starting material,which is cheap and easy to get,and a series of phosphorus-containing compounds are synthesized from BINOL.In some organic solvents the fluorescent colors of these materials included strong purple,cyan and light green.Combining the phosphorus atom with the skeleton of BINOL,the products have high molecular rigidity and good planar ?-? conjugated system,which improved the photo-physics properties of BINOL structures.Chapter three: Based on the synthetic phosphorus-containing compounds,1N-N,2N-N with benzimidazole group could selectively recognize mercury ions over other metal ions by coordination mode.Due to the affinity of Hg2+ and thiol-containing amino acids,the 1N-N-Hg2+could recognize Cys/Hcy/GSH.
