With the progress of science and technology,the research of radiation proof fabric has made great progress,and anti-radiation maternity dress also arises in the era.The shielding effectiveness of fabrics is equal to the clothes,which is not fully scientific research.There is no complete testing standards on shielding effectiveness of maternity in the domestic,so the design and study on anti-radiation maternity dress have being in the preliminary stage.In this paper,the generation and propagation of electromagnetic wave and the shielding principle of electromagnetic radiation have being analyzed.According to the results of the investigation,the design principles of anti-radiation maternity dress have being come to conclusions.According to the design principles,this paper puts forward the preliminary design of anti-radiation maternity dress,which is based on the rationality of the structure and the beauty,and designs two kinds of pregnant women clothing,which is matched with the anti-radiation maternity dress,and makes the sample clothes.According to the main influencing factors of the clothing shielding effectiveness,including the electromagnetic radiation source,the clothing level,the structure and the processing technology and so on,this paper has proposed the testing plan.Through the comparison of testing methods,the study has used wave-guide to test experimental samples according to the existing conditions.The experiments have proved that the different processing technology,including sewing,connectors,has a significant impact on the shielding effectiveness of anti-radiation maternity dress.According to the results of the experiment,the author has choose some more suitable methods for the production process of anti-radiation maternity dress,and optimized the processing technology based on the preliminary design,and finished product.In the provincial people's hospital of obstetrics and gynecology,the author has selected randomly20 pregnant women to carry out the subjective evaluation on the product of anti-radiation maternity,and come to conclusions.The purpose of this paper is to provide a way to reduce the loss of shielding effectiveness in the process of design and manufacture of anti-radiation maternity dress.This paper includes the following aspects:First of all,in order to reduce the loss of shielding effectiveness in manufacture processing,the study has aimed existing problems at the maternity market about anti-radiation fabric instead of clothing shielding efficiency,starting from the clothing structure design,material selection,and production and processing aspects.Secondly,the study has proposed design solution aiming the existing problems of opening area is too large in anti-radiation maternity dress and the design principles.Again,the study has focused on shielding principle of electromagnetic wave to proposed design solution according to the main influencing factors of the clothing shielding effectiveness,including the electromagnetic radiation source,the clothing level,the structure and the processing technology and so on.According to the main influencing factors of the clothing shielding effectiveness,including the electromagnetic radiation source,the clothing level,the structure and the processing technology and so on,this paper has proposed the testing plan.According to the results of the experiment,the author has choose some more suitable methods for the production process of anti-radiation maternity dress,and optimized the processing technology based on the preliminary design,and finished product.The experiments have proved that the different processing technology,including sewing,connectors,has a significant impact on the shielding effectiveness of anti-radiation maternity dress.In the provincial people's hospital of obstetrics and gynecology,the author has selected randomly20 pregnant women to carry out the subjective evaluation on the product of anti-radiation maternity,and come to conclusions.In the end,the design,development and the evaluation criteria on improvement of anti-radiation maternity dress are prospected.
