A large number of small molecular free emulsifier is contained in the emulsion of fluorine-silicone acrylate water repellent agent synthesized by conventional emulsion polymerization.And the small molecular emulsifier will dissolve and migrate to the surface of the fabric in the process of water repellent finishing,thus the water repellent effect of the fabric is seriously affected.In order to solve this problem,emulsifier that can be involved in emulsion polymerization is adopted to replace the traditional emulsifier.During the polymerization process,the emulsifier is bonded to the polymer chain,thus the negative effects of emulsifier in the finishing process are avoided.And the water repellent effect of the finished fabric is improved.In this paper,four types of polymerizable emulsifier and one kind of conventional emulsifier were used in emulsion polymerization.And the influence of emulsifier system on water repellent property of fluorine-silicone acrylate water repellent agent was discussed.It was found that the performance of the water-resisting agent prepared by the polymerizable emulsifier was significantly improved compared with the traditional emulsifier.And the performance of the water repellent was the best when the emulsion system was selected as 1-allyloxy-3-(4-nonyl phenol)-2-alcohol polyoxyethylene(10)ether ammonium sulfate and ethoxylated nonylphenol sulfosuccinate monoester two sodium salt(DNS-86/DNS-1035)(mass ratio was 2/1),the dosage was 1.5%.Core-shell fluorosilicon acrylate soap-free water repellent agent was prepared by soap-free emulsion polymerization under the action of the polymeric emulsifier(DNS-86/DNS-1035)and the initiator potassium persulfate(KPS),with twelve fluorine methacrylic acid heptyl ester(G-04),vinytriethoxysilane(KH-151)and lauryl methacrylate(LMA)as shell monomers,methyl methacrylate(MMA)and lauryl methacrylate(LMA)as core monomers,hydroxyl acrylate(HEA)as crosslinking monomer.The influences of the amount of functional monomer,the ratio of functional monomer,basic monomer and core-shell,the amount of initiator and crosslinking monomer,temperature of polymerization,holding temperature and time on the properties of polymerization and water repellent of fluorine-silicone acrylate soap-free water-resisting agent have been investigated in detail.It was found that the fluorine-silicone soap-free water repellent agent which has good stability,excellent performance of water repellentcan be obtained when the amount of functional monomer(the mass ratio of G-04 and KH-151 was 6:1)was 70%(as a percentage of total monomer mass of the shell portion),the mass ratio of core monomer between LMA and MMA was 7:3,the mass ratio of core and shell was 4:6,the dosage of initiator was 1% of the mass of total monomer,the amuont of crosslinking monomer(HEA)was 1% of the quality of total monomer,temperature of polymerization was 75?,holding temperature was 80? and holding time was 60 min.The properties of the emulsion and the latex film of the fluorosilicone acrylate soap-free water repellent agent were characterized by transmission electron microscope(TEM),infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),thermal gravimetric(TG)and particle size analysis.The cotton fabric was finished by self-made water repellent agent.Single-factor experiment is used to explore the application process with water repellent agent on cotton fabrics.The results show that the finished cotton fabric had the best water repellent effect.The hydrostatic pressure and contact angle of the finished cotton fabric were 2.39 k Pa and144.6°.The water repellent grade was 4.The oil repellent grade was 5.And it has less impact on the physical properties of the finished fabric.The water repellent finishing parameters are core-shell fluorine-silicone soap-free water repellent agent 60g/L,two dip two rolling,pre-drying at 100? for 2min,baking at 170? for 2min,respectively.
