Preparation And Characterization Of Polyvinyl Alcohol Fiber With Phase Transition Function

This is based on polyethylene glycol and melamine as raw material for the synthesis of phase change materials,through in situ polymerization reaction,the hydroxyl grafted polyethylene glycol mono methyl ether in the melamine amine,the mole ratio control of the two,two amino melamine formaldehyde and polyvinyl alcohol respectively in the rest of the full reaction following,began production process using wet spinning the phase change material and polyvinyl alcohol compound,thus obtained polyvinyl alcohol fibers have a phase transition function.The next step is to investigate the melt spinning process.The phase change fiber is prepared by the melt spinning with the highest production efficiency and the lowest cost.Absorption spectra analysis of synthesis of macromonomer by phase Fourier transform infrared spectrometer to record the infrared analysis,the crystallization degree of X macromonomer with X-ray diffraction spectroscopy,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and single fiber tensile tester test phase change fiber thermal properties and fracture strength.The surface structure of the fiber was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that the composite phase change fibers by polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether with melamine synthesis phase change material and polyvinyl alcohol,making polyvinyl alcohol fiber has certain enthalpy with transformation function,its enthalpy(18.99J/g crystallization enthalpy,melting enthalpy of 27.57J/g),has a certain value.The breaking strength of the phase change fiber is 1.22 Therefore,the performance of the phase change fibers is relatively stable,and has a certain phase change function.
