By integrating the dust removal mechanism of ESP and Fabric Filter,Electrostatic-Fabric Integrated Precipitator(EFIP for short)gives full play to these two type technical advantages with features of high dust removal efficiency,stable emission,low energy-consumption etc.At present,EFIP has been widely used in high-polluting industries such as electric power,cement,steel and iron etc.This paper focused on the optimization design of dust removal device of filter bag of EFIP,firstly proposed the multi-dimensional dust removal method of combining the pulse dust cleaning and mechanical rapping together.This paper applied the physical model and experimental research to study the multi-dimensional dust removal of filter bag,including:optimize the design of bag's multi-dimensional dust removal structure by using the pulse-jet testbed that adding mechanical vibrating device at the bottom;test the vibration acceleration on the bag and bag cage to analyze the distribution uniformity,and study the impacts of mechanical vibrating on the performance of filter bag and bag cage and the load-transmitting performance of vibrating mechanism;examine the reliability of mechanical vibrating mechanism through vibrating fatigue test.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:the vibrating rules of bag and bag cage,and the curve of accelerated speed changing with the measuring points.The research findings indicates:the vibrating force at the joint of filter bag and vibrating rod,bag cage and vibrating rod,are both uniformly distributed,and the ?ris 0.20 and 0.18 separately.The accelerated speed is also distributed uniformly at 2m from the bottom of bag cage,the ?r is 0.43.The accelerated speed will be relatively decreased nearby the joint point of bag cage,the closer to the joint point the smaller the accelerated speed is,but at the each end of vibrating rod is bigger,essentially equal;while at the mid-section the accelerated speed is lower than both ends.Vibration fatigue test shows that the dead plate and bolt at the joint point between vibrating mechanism and filter bag exist force weakness,easily to break,of which the design improvement is required.Taking 660MW project of coal-fired power plant for instance,this paper makes comparison on technique economics and air-flow distribution of two technical options of line pulse dust removal and multi-dimensional dust removal.The research result shows that multi-dimensional dust removal has a series of advantages in one-time investment of whole equipment,occupied area and uniformity of air-flow distribution etc.With the way of multi-dimensional dust removal and further research,the filter-bag of EFIP can be applied to practical projects absolutely.In addition,with the constant enhancement of environmental protection policies,the existing ESP or EFIP can not meet the new emission demand which requires lower outlet emission concentration and high dust-removal efficiency.Aiming at such requirement,ESP can transform follow-up electric field into filter-bag field and EFIP can extend filter-bag field to increase filter area.For taking full advantage of existing equipment and reduce investment,the research in this paper shows that using the method of long filter-bag multi-dimensional dust removal is a efficient way to solve it...
