The fluorosilicon polymer is a polymer obtained by bonding a fluorinated group and a siloxane structure through a covalent bond.It has the excellent performance of silicone materials and organic fluorine materials at the same time,such as heat resistance,cold resistance,weathering and aging resistance of silicone materials and oil resistance,solvent resistance and low surface energy of organic fluorine materials.In recent years,the new fluoropolymer,perfluorocyclobutyl aryl ether polymer,has been gradually known for its many excellent properties.This inspired us to introduce PFCB aryl ether structures into different types of polysiloxanes to obtain fluorosilicone polymers that have good performanceIn our experiment,some pilot plants were used to synthesize[4-(1,2,2-trifluorovinyloxy)phenyl]dimethylsilane from p-bromophenol and 1,2-dibromotetrafluoroethane.We used active Grignard reagents such as ethyl bromide to increase the efficiency of the experiment and improved the purity of the product by changing the ratio of the starting materials.Using this product as a raw material,different groups of silane coupling agents and different types of hydroxy silicone oils were reacted with trifluorovinyl terminated aryl ether compounds by the Piers-Rubinsztajn reaction.Each reaction product was characterized by ATR-FTIR,NMR.The trifluorovinyl aryl ether-containing structure silane and organosilicon oligomers were cross-linked at a high temperature by a thermal cyclization polymerization of trifluoroethylene to prepare highly cross-linked structures containing perfluorocyclobutyl aryl ether polymers.The properties of the cured products such as light transmission properties,mechanical properties,thermal stability,solvent resistance,and hydrophobicity,and the influence of molecular structure differences on various properties were investigated.The results showed that the polymer with excellent properties obtained from trifluorovinylsilane and trifluorovinyl terminated hydroxy silicone oil can achieve a maximum weight loss temperature of 500? and a dielectric constant of less than 2.7.Comparing the effects of different hydroxy silicone oils on polymer properties,it was found that the polymers obtained from fluorosilicone oil have better light transmission properties,mechanical properties,and non-polar solvent resistance.While the polymer obtained from methyl hydroxy silicone oil has better resistance to polar solvents,water and hydrophobic properties,thermal stability,and dielectric properties.
