The sewage plant sludge is not only contains volatile organic compounds,such as fatty acid,protein;it also contains rich nutrient elements,such as phosphorus,potassium,calcium and magnesium.The sewage plant sludge has potential value in use.Under the background of sewage sludge with a sharp increase in our country and sewage disposal with low carbon and nitrogen ratio,to do the concentrated sludge with extracted carbon source added carbon source and the sewage treatment sludge compost for land use become an important treatment of sludge resource recovery and stabilization in sewage plant sludge.For sludge extracted carbon source and composting process,to carry out a series of technical research:the effect of microwave on the sludge dissolved cell,the research of microwave digestion sludge hydrolysis acidification,sludge composting process parameters.The main research results include(1)By investigating the effects of the microwave power of microwave,the sludge moisture content,the microwave heating rate on the microwave digestion sludge cell,the results showed that:250 mL the moisture content of 97%by P1 power microwave digestion sludge cell cracking 4 minutes(that is,the microwave heating rate is 8?/min)for microwave digestion sludge cell effect best,the SCOD of supernatant is value of up to 1021 mg/L.(2)Through the study on the cell microwave digestion sludge hydrolysis acidification effect under different inoculation ratio,the results showed that:the hydrolysis acidification effect of the inoculation of cell microwave digestion sludge is better than the original sludge,high degree of hydrolysis,time is short,the SCOD and VFAs production is high;and the coverage of 30%is better than other coverage;the coverage of 30%,16 h response can obtain higher VFAs and SCOD,their content respectively are 1410 mg/L and 1869 mg/L.(3)Based on the study of the original sewage treatment plant sludge,the microwave digestion sludge and microwave digestion cell high temperature anaerobic hydrolysis of sludge composting,the results showed that:the sludge anaerobic composting process,the reduced of moisture content is less;the change of pH is basic maintain in neutral range;by microwave digestion sludge and microwave-hydrolyzed sludge rotten cycles have shortened,but little changed,the original sludge rotten period is between 17?19 d,the microwave digestion sludge and the microwave-hydrolyzed sludge rotten cycle is 14?15d.Figure 17,Table 10,Reference 87.
