With the quick development of economy and living standard,environmental pollution problem is becoming more of a concern.Along with this change is the improving of emission standards,which requires better treatment performance of industrial flue gas purification equipment.As the two of the most important traditional dust collecting technologies for industrial flue gas treatment,electrostatic precipitator and bag filter both have some inevitable deficiencies.To achieve complement advantages,Electrostatic-fabric Integrated Precipitator is created based on an organic integration of the two kinds of technologies.For the great features of long-term stable operation,low emission,low operation resistance,extended life of filter bags,higher reliability,wide scope of application,it is widely used in electric power,building materials,chemical industry and other industries.Although it is widely applied at present,there are few studies conducted on the fundamental theory of Electrostatic-fabric Integrated Precipitator.Operation resistance is one of the main performance indicators for Electrostatic-fabric Integrated Precipitator,which is directly related to the effect of energy-saving and economy.This paper studies the resistance of Electrostatic-fabric Integrated Precipitator by experimental apparatus,including the relationship between dust concentration,filtering velocity and the resistance of device.Carry out research on the effect of dust concentration,filtering velocity and other core parameters on the resistance characteristics of Electrostatic-fabric Integrated Precipitator.Obtain the optimal value scope of dust concentration and filtering velocity in fabric area,to guide core design of electric field area and fabric area with optimum matching.It has guiding significance for the design selection of Electrostatic-fabric Integrated Precipitator to figure out the relationship between working conditions and design parameters,and it can also provide a reference to the engineering design in other fields.With contrast tests of no-load run and load run of Electrostatic-fabric Integrated Precipitator,study the effect of filtering area,filtering velocity and dust concentration on operation resistance characteristics,furthermore,obtain the scale of operation parameters under ideal conditions.The experimental results indicate that:1.When filtering velocity remains constant,the increase rate of resistance increases with the increasing of dust concentration.The slope of resistance increase rate increases with the increasing of filtering velocity,and it shows a faster increasing when filtering velocity is faster than 2.0m/min.It indicates that a selection of filtering velocity under 2.0m/min is more suitable for Electrostatic-fabric Integrated Precipitator.2.When dust concentration remains constant,the increase rate of resistance increases with the increasing of filtering velocity.When dust concentration in bag area is low,the increase rate of resistance increases slightly with filtering velocity.Many experimental researches suggest that dust concentration under 10g/m3 is more suitable for Electrostatic-fabric Integrated Precipitator.
