The mainly source of the oilfield produced water is the crude dehydration station(united station).In the united station,there are two kinds of waste water,the bottom water of crude oil storage tanks and the desalted water,which is used for desalination of the high salinity crude oil.With the development of oil recovery techniques,the influence factors of water quality are getting more obviously.Thus,the component content of waste water is more and more complicated,and the traditional treatment technique for the oilfield produced water is not enough anymore-:The produced water,which is unprocessed effective treatment,will pollute the surrounding water sources and damage human living and health.Therefore,effective treatment technique for the oilfield produced water is a hot research topic.Electric coagulation-electric catalytic oxidation coupling process is a water treatment technology which is a great potential process for the oilfield produced water.The main principle of electric coagulation method is using the hydroxo complex,which is made by hydrolytic polymerization by the soluble metal ion on the positive pole in the liquid,to cohere,set and remove the suspended solid in the waste water.Thus,the electric coagulation can remove the suspended solid greatly.However,suspended solid is also the shortage of electric catalytic oxidation method.The combination of electric coagulation method and electric catalytic oxidation method is a perfect way to treat waste water.Therefore,the development of this treatment process is a feasible way to treat the oilfield produced water.By the research of oilfield produced water treatment,the electric coagulation method shows obvious advantages while compare with other processes.Take Fe as positive pole,C as negative pole,under the best initial pH,polar plate spacing,electric current density,operate 60 minutes under normal temperature and pressure,the COD remove efficient can reach 60%,the TSS remove efficient can reach 80%and the oil content remove efficient can reach 90%;Choose Al as positive pole,C as negative pole,under the best initial pH,polar plate spacing,electric current density,operate 90 minutes under normal temperature and pressure,the COD remove efficient can reach 70%,the TSS and oil content remove efficient can reach 80%.Even though the water quality still cannot reach the discharge regulation,the most of contaminant is removed.After doing the research of oilfield produced water by using electric catalytic oxidation method,the oilfield produced water quality can have a great improvement by adding catalyst.While choosing Fe/Si02 as catalytic,under room temperature,take graphite as the positive pole,Fe as the negative pole,adjust the best tank pressure,catalytic dosage,initial pll,air feed measure and operation duration,the remove efficient of COD can greater than 70%,the remove efficient of oil content can greater than 90%;While choosing Mn-Ti-La/SiO2 as catalytic,under room temperature,take graphite as the positive pole,Fe as the negative pole,adjust the best tank pressure,catalytic dosage,initial pH,air feed measure and operation duration,the remove efficient of COD can greater than 80%,the remove efficient of oil content can greater than 90%.Electric coagulation-electric catalytic oxidation coupling process combine the electric coagulation method and the electric catalytic oxidation method.Using this process,the remove efficient of COD,TSS and oil content of oilfield produced water can reach a high level.While doing the research for Liao oilfield produced water,electric coagulation-electric catalytic oxidation coupling process have made ideal removal efficiency.All of the discharge COD,TSS and oil content can reach the discharge regulation or reinjection regulation.Moreover,this process also have lots of advantages,including short operation duration,high treat efficiency,small equipment area,easy operation,strong controllability and less secondary pollute.In conclusion,the electric coagulation-electric catalytic oxidation coupling process is worth for widely use in the oilfield produced water treatment field.
