With the growing concern to human's health,detection of metal ions and anions in the environment and body life becomes a heated topic in the global,and people explore the detection methods constantly.In the numerous analysis methods,the optical chemosensor has got the favour of scientific researchers due to its simple operation,high sensitivity,fast response and good selectivity.Now,the optical chemosensor is a field of research which is full of opportunities and challenges,the diversity and unpredictability of its design is still inspire researchers to pursue the unknown.In this paper,we chose 2,2'-dihydroxy azobenzene(DHAB),2-(2-thiazolylazo)-cresol(TAC)and 2,2':6',2"-terpyridine(Tpy)as organic functional groups to reasonable design and prepare four kinds of organic-metal complexes,and studied their recognition performance towards anions.The main contents are summarized as follows:(1)An organic-metal complex with multifunctional recognition performance DHAB-Al(?)was designed and synthesized,the complex could realize the qualitative and quantitative detection of H2PO4-?CO32-?SO32-?HPO42-and HCO3-through the binding site-signaling subunit mechanism or displacement mechanism by three channels,that is UV-Vis spectroscopy,fluorescence spectroscopy and colorimetric detection.(2)DHAB and Tpy were chosen as recognition groups and Tpy as a fluorescent report group.Through the dual coordination effect of DHAB and Tpy,DHAB-Tpy system could be used as the colorimetric,ratio and fluorescent sensor of Co(?),and it showed the high selectivity and high sensitivity detection of Co(?).In addition,DHAB-Tpy-Co(?)complex could detect CN-qualitatively.Accordingly,a new design strategy had been proposed which using dual coordination effect to improve the selectivity and sensitivity of metal ions.(3)In order to explore the applicability of the dual coordination effect design strategy,we changed the recognition group of metal ions,and studied the application performance of TAC-Tpy system.The result showed that TAC-Tpy system can selective sensing of Co(?),the dual ligand cobalt complex had been formed which could selective sensing of CN-and could realize the detection of CN-quantitatively.We foresaw the design strategy would have a potential significance and application value in the field of metal ions and anions detection.(4)A dual ligand cobalt hybrid material with a uniform hexahedral structure was designed and prepared.It had a good stability without the effect of pH,and could be used as a supramolecular complex to recognize CN-without the interference of other anions.
