C-P bonds construction is a meaningful and challenging task.Many substances in nature such as protein,nucleic acid and organic pesticide contain C-P bonds.Organic phosphorus compounds attract people's attention because of its strong physiological activity.The traditional methods of constructing carbon-phosphorus formation are generally based on the conversion between the functional groups with low selectivity and low productive rate.In recent years,the study of utilizing the metal catalysis to construct C-P bonds has litter effects.But the price of metal catalyst is expensive,only suitable for scientific research in the laboratory and not suitable for large-scale industrial production,so it can not meet people's demand for organic phosphorus compounds.Therefore,it is very urgent to explore the methods of constructing C-P bonds with high efficiency,low energy and green environment.In this paper,a new method of constructing the carbon-phosphorus bond is presented.In the reaction process,we did not need to add the catalyst.The operation is simple,fast,and efficient.It provided a more efficient experiment method for the future construction of carbon-phosphorus bond.Free cabbeens are a class of reaction intermediates in organic chemistry who has very high activity,can be obtained by heating diazo compounds.Triazole is a precursor of diazonium compounds,1,2,3-triazole is a five-membered heterocyclic aromatic compounds having unique physical properties,it is concerned by an increasing number of scientists in recent years,and widely used in pesticides pharmaceuticals materials,organic synthesis and other areas.This thesis is divided into two parts:the first part is to explore the method of constructing carbon and phosphorus by microwave-assisted.Using 1,2,3-three nitrogen and phosphorus compounds as raw materials,11 carbon-phosphorus enamine compounds were synthesized by microwave-assisted synthesis.The structure of the compounds was confirmed by mass spectrometry,IR spectrum,spectrum of hydrogen,carbon and phosphorus.In the second part,the influence of the ratio of feed,solvent,microwave power and reaction time on the reaction was discussed.The optimum conditions were determined by orthogonal test.The experimental results show that:n(triazole):n(Phosphine hydrogen compounds)=2.5:1,solvent volume(anhydrous toluene))=1.5 mL,microwave power=350 W and reaction time=8 min is the optimal conditions for the reaction.The yield of product was 57.5%.
