In this paper, the characteristics of the fluoride contaminated site and the status of the management of the contaminated sites at home and abroad are understood by consulting relevant documents and data.Based on the natural environment of the site,a comprehensive investigation and survey of a certain aluminum ash contaminated site in Lanzhou is carried out.The contaminated site is identified by the analysis of the composition of aluminum ash.The main characteristics of the pollutants. In this study, soil samples from contaminated sites were sampled and the contents of p H,fluoride and copper in soil samples were analyzed.According to the results of the detection and analysis, the health risk assessment of fluoride in contaminated site was carried out by the method of single factor index and the method of health risk assessment, and the health risk control value and risk control measures of fluoride in the soil of contaminated site were put forward.Based on the survey of soil pollution in the field, the soil samples were sampled and analyzed, and the results were evaluated through the analysis of the data and the evaluation of the soil environmental quality standard.Study in the soil pollution of site,It is found through investigation: No effect of aluminum ash on soil acidity and alkalinity No heavy metal copper contamination is found in the soil. The content of fluoride in the soil exceeds background value of the environment. In the study site, the fluoride contents in surface soil(0-0.2 m),middle layer soil(0.2-0.6 m)and bottom layer soil(0.6-1 m)are higher than the corresponding environmental background value. In this paper, the single factor index method was used to analyze the content of fluoride in soil and the ratio of ultra standard is 0.53-2.22.In the case of sensitive land, according to the requirements of the risk assessment of contaminated site(HJ25.3-2014),the corresponding fluoride health risk assessment model was established, and the model was used to calculate the non carcinogenic risk quotient of fluorides. The total non carcinogenic risk of fluoride in contaminated sites was compared with 1.The non carcinogenic risk of fluoride in soil is higher than acceptable risk level, and the risk is unacceptable. The non carcinogenic risk of fluoride is further analyzed, the contribution rate of different exposure routes is calculated, and the health risk control value of fluoride in contaminated site is determined.Based on the health risk control value, the health risk of fluoride in the soil is based on the management measures based on risk control.Under the sensitive site, the cumulative risk of fluoride in contaminated soil was 1.2778,and the cumulative health risk control value was 662.6 mg kg-1.Through consulting relevant literature, this paper combed the control measures of risk management of contaminated sites, and took reasonable risk control measures according to the situation of this research site.In this study,to control the fluoride risk of contaminated site, the health risk of fluoride in the site can be controlled from three aspects: pollution source, exposure pathways and target receptor, that is,reducing the content of fluoride in the soil, hindering the diffusion of fluoride and limiting population activities so as to make population away from the pollution sources.
