Waste tires as one of the by-products of the modern social life,because of its large number,have been getting more and more serious effects on the ecological environment,so the recycling of waste tires has become one of the important ways to solve the environment carrying capacity and shortage of resources.The bead wire is an important part of the tire,can be made into many industrial products after processing and recycling.Because the bead wire is close to the steel fiber in the properties of strength,diameter and so on,and compared to the normal production of steel fiber,the recycled steel fiber made from bead wire has better corrosion resistance and strength.So this article considers the use of bead wire to make steel fiber to replace some part of the normal production of steel fiber.It can not only become an important way to reclaim and reuse waste tires,but also reduce the energy consumption of normal steel fiber in the process of production and waste gas emitted,thus reducing the pollution to the environment.At present,the interfacial bonding performance between recycled steel fiber and concrete made of bead wire is not yet understood.So this article refer to previous related test,to design and test method are improved.In this paper,the recycled steel fiber is made into circular,end hook,wavy,indentation and crooked type,the bond properties between different types of recycled steel fiber and mortar matrix are studied.Finally,the bond property between the steel fiber and the mortar body is analyzed by the characteristics of the load displacement curve,the size of the peak load and the drawing work.According to the standard,the recycled steel fiber is added into the concrete to make the notch beam,and the three point bending test is carried out.The load deflec-tion curve,the peak load,the fracture characteristic of the notch beam can be obtained from the test,and the corrected curve area is obtained by the relevant formula,and the fracture beam fracture during the fracture process is obtained.Finally,according to the test and calculation results,the resistance effect of the recycled steel fiber to the crack of concrete is analyzed,and the improvement of the brittleness of the concrete after the reclaimed steel fiber is added into the concrete is analyzed.The results of the above drawing test and the three point bending test are integrated,and the effects of different kinds of recycled steel fiber on the crack resistance and toughness of concrete are analyzed through the combined comparison test data and experimental phenomena.Through the analysis of the two test results,it is found that compared with the normal steel fiber,the recycled steel fiber has a similar bond performance with the concrete and the improvement of the crack resistance performance of the concrete.The feasibility of making bead steel wire to steel fiber is verified,which provides strong support for further research on material properties of recycled steel fiber reinforced concrete.
