Metal-aromatic chemistry is a combination of traditional metal organic chemistry and aromatic chemistry,it mainly about metal-aromatic compounds.Because of its unique properties,novel structures and rich reactivity,it has attracted more and more researchers' interest in recent years.Since 2013,our group had reported a series of novel metal-organic compounds—metallpentalynes.Utilized the reactivity of metal carbynes,we developed a series of metallapentalenes derivative,such as benzene-fused-osmapentalenes,furans-fused-osmapentalenes,and we had focused on the application of those compounds in the field of material and medicine research.This work aimed at further enriching the reactivity of osmapentalenes,used DFT calculation to demonstrated the reaction mechanism,and studies partial osmapentalenes derivative's absorption spectra and photo-thermal property.The main contents of this dissertation are showed as following:In charpter 1,around the content of this paper,various osmapentalenes derivative's synthesis,aromaticity and properties research had been introduced.The research objectives and plans of this dissertation are presented.In charpter 2,we reported the electrophilic aromatic substitution reaction of benzene-fused-osmapentalenes,synthesis a series of multi-bromo-products,proved the Mobius aromaticity of those compounds in experiment aspect.And then,combine with DFT calculation,we study the reaction site and sequences.We also study the series bromo-products' absorption spectra and photo-thermal property.In charpter 3,we mairnly studied the reactivity of furan/pyrrole-fused-osmapentalenes.We synthesis "osmafuran-overturn" and "osmafuran-change-side"products,and study the "change-side reaction" mechanism by DFT calculation.We also synthesis nitrogen coordination osmapentalenes,and try the electrophilic substitution reaction of it.In charpter 4,we mainly studied the reactivity and synthesis of non-other-fused-ring osmapentalenes.Utilizes its nucleophilicity,we synthesis chloride osmapentalene,chloride osmapentalynes and aza-metalcycle,undergoes substitution and insertion reaction with various types of electrophiles.We also try the reaction between large resistance ligand and osmapentalenes derivative,developed a new way to synthesis those kinds of osmapentalene.In chapter 7,the summary of this dissertation is presented along with outlook of this research.
