| With the economic development of our country entering the important opportunity period of "new normal",the contradiction between the enterprise development and the environment has caused the high concern of the whole society.But the industry is also an industry with outstanding social problems,such as environment,resources and security.The environmental problems such as water pollution,air pollution and land vegetation degradation caused by coal enterprises have been paid more and more attention by the public.At the same time,under the influence of the international macro-economic downturn,the overall price of the coal market and the mining capital market fluctuate violently.Therefore,only through the active green transformation,coal enterprises can survive and continue to develop under the dual challenges of environmental constraints and industrial downturn.As everyone knows,maximize the benefits are always regarded as the lifeline of the enterprise,increase environmental protection expenditures will increase the burden of the enterprise,the enterprise,the green transformation of the enterprise’s financial performance will impact caused by the attention of scholars at home and abroad.Looking at the research results at home and abroad,the research on the relationship between the two has not reached a consistent conclusion.In view of this,from the perspective of coal industry,this paper chooses case enterprises to explore the impact of green transformation on financial performance,in order to improve the current situation of environmental responsibility and promote sustainable growth of economic benefits.This paper takes the case analysis as the research method,and selects the Jizhong energy Group Ltd as a case to explore the impact of the enterprise green transformation on the financial performance.First,the model and practical measures of green transformation in the central Hebei Province are analyzed.Secondly,the transformation degree index is selected to analyze the transformation degree and transformation effect of the central Hebei energy transformation strategy since the implementation of the green transformation strategy.Thirdly,we select the financial performance data of Jizhong energy from 2004 to 2016,and find out the relationship between the green transformation and financial performance through comparing the vertical contrast before and after the transformation with the average level of the industry.At the same time,it analyzes the path of the impact of green transformation on financial performance in the middle of Hebei Province.Through the case,it is concluded that the green transformation of Jizhong energy will improve the debt paying ability and operation ability of enterprises,but reduces profitability and has no significant correlation with the development capacity of enterprises.It puts forward some suggestions for green transformation:The first one is Chinese enterprises in the green transformation should be driven by scientific and technological innovation,actively organize technological innovation projects,only developed more energy saving and clean production technology,in order to complete the transformation of the target;The second one is the enterprise of the diversified development of green transformation in moderation,before the company coming into another market in the field of decision,we should focus on their resources and capability,as far as possible in the implementation of diversified development enterprises have strong industry main business related;The third is the enterprise should optimize the management system in the transformation and mechanism of Ming,establish environmental accounting system,improve the internal management of enterprises people protect the environment seriously;The fourth is to carry out the green transformation of the environmental protection enterprises should increase the transparency of information,strengthen the enterprise green sound.Reputation is formed to establish a healthy corporate image for the external stakeholders. |
