| Annealing furnace plays an important role in the steel industry.Because the temperature control has the characteristics of large inertia,hysteresis,nonlinearity and strong coupling,it is difficult to consider the influence of various factors on the control object in the conventional temperature control system.If it can not timely and accurately adjust and stabilize the temperature,it will directly affect the whole annealing process,and even affect the quality of annealing products.Therefore,it needs to study the new intelligent temperature controller,which makes the temperature control more accurate and stable.The research content of this topic comes from " methanol production line temperature detection system and" Northeast special steel annealing furnace design of the practical engineering.It mainly designs the annealing furnace structure design and the hardware control system,and the control strategy for the temperature uniformity of the annealing furnace is put forward.The main work completed as follows:(1)The hardware system design of annealing furnace mainly includes hardware system structure design,temperature detection circuit design,thermocouple selection and configuration,ignition system design,etc.。(2)According to the actual needs of the project,the section control strategy of the annealing furnace temperature control system is put forward,which is according to the heating up stage,the thermal insulation and the cooling stage.The control strategy of thermal insulation stage is studied seriously.The design is based on fuzzy PID as the main controller,using neural network as the optimal regulator,it realizes BP neural network and fuzzy PID composite control.In control strategy,taking into account the control performance of the temperature areas,and the regulation performance of other temperature areas so that the temperature of each district has good dynamic performance and steady state performance,keeping the uniformity of temperature control.(3)Design of PLC and industrial control unit composed of dual controller,temperature control system select industrial assembly thermocouple as the temperature measuring device,Select SIEMENS PLC as a controller which includes the implementation of the channel PLC expansion module and information acquisition channel analog input module.Communicate SIEMENS S7-300 with DB3102 through I/O interface.This combination of the controller can not only give full play to the advantages of PLC in the industrial field of good compatibility,easy expansion,strong stability,but also reflects the industrial control computer to achieve the advantages of neural network intelligent algorithm control.The simulation results show that the hybrid control has good dynamic performance and steady state performance by using the network and fuzzy PID,and the control effect is improved. |
