The C-H bond is the simplest chemical structure,which is widely found in natural products and petrochemical products.It's a hot field to develop a mild,effective and selective transformation of C-C bond and C-X from the common C-H bond.the activation of C-H bond has the atom-and step-economical advantages in organic synthesis.Precious metals,such as Pd,Rh,Ir,always were used as the catalysts in direct functionalization of C-H bonds.On the other hand,the first-row transition metals including Mn,Fe,Cu,are rich in the earth,attracting more and more attention in recent years.What's more,they showed different catalytic activity compared with precious metals.Therefore,the research on the properties of cheap metal is also a supplement to the metal catalytic mode.The dissertation includes three parts:1.Cu-Mediated[3+2]Cycloaddition of Azide with Aldehyde HydrazoneThe tetrazoles are a significant class of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds in materials science and pharmacological chemistry.What's more,tetrazole often serves as ideal metabolically stable surrogate for carboxylic acid unit.In this chapter,we synthesized a series of 5-amino substituted tetrazazole molecules by using aldehydes and azide in the catalysis of copper salts.2.Manganese-catalyzed Direct C2-Allylation of Indoles Among the various nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds,the indoles and their derivatives are a significant scaffold,which have an extensive application in the materials science and pharmacological chemistry.Therefore,the chemical modification of indoles is of significance.In this chapter,we introduced pyrimidine groups as a direct group,with 2-bromine ethyl methacrylate as allyl source,successfully realized C2-allylation of indoles.This reaction is highly selective and good functional tolerance.3.Fe-Mediated Cascade Radical Cyclization:A way to Multisubstituted ChromansChromans is a kind of important heterocyclic compound,which is widely used in materials science and drug molecules.Therefore,the study of such compounds has caught wide attention.In this chapter,we get amino-substituted chromans through cascade radical cyclization strategy in FeH system.
