In order to meet the pressure demand of downstream production units,a series of pressure adjustment processes are required during the extraction and transportation of natural gas.If this part of the pressure can be recycled effectively,it will reduce the production energy consumption and increase the economic efficiency of enterprises.It is of great significance to reduce environmental pollution.Natural gas has pressure regulating process in different productions,resulting in a large amount of pressure energy wasted and it is difficult to supply power in remote locations on the well site.Therefore,it is necessary to study the natural gas pressure energy power generation technology in Changqing gas field,and it is of great significance to improve the comprehensive energy utilization rate in natural gas pressure regulation process in Changqing gas field and reduce the energy pressure in the development and utilization process of oilfield energy.Based on the analysis of natural gas pressure energy power generation technology,this paper comprehensively considers the process characteristics of well field,gas gathering station and treatment plant in Changqing gas field.With the goal of fully utilizing natural gas pressure difference,pressure expansion power generation and axial flow pressure are proposed.For the pressure expansion power generation scheme,this paper simulated the power generation process of the screw expander through Aspen HYSYS software firstly,determined the best throttling method,designed the power flow process of the expander,and then analyzed the operation parameters of the natural gas to the power generation of the expander influence;besides combined with exergy analysis,the enthalpy expressions of the expansion and depressurization process of natural gas pipelines were deduced and the pressure expansion system power generation system was analyzed,providing a theoretical basis for the identification of weak links in energy using process.For the axial-flow pressure-driven power generation scheme,the power generation equipment of the equipment is used to adapt the existing equipment at the site,and the calculation method of the power generation amount and the pipeline outlet temperature of the axial flow pressure driver is given;and the axial flow pressure drive is designed.Power-generation indoor tests to study the effect of different operating parameters on power generation.Finally,based on the technical process and actual conditions of the Changqing gas field,the applicability of the pressure expander differential pressure power generation scheme and the axial flow pressure-driven power generation scheme at the well site,gas gathering station and treatment plant was analyzed and two sets of comparisons were made.The economic benefits and social benefits of the scheme in the oilfield application determine the optimal pressure-driven power generation scheme and give technical implementation recommendations for the scheme.
