Resin light conductive cementitious materials(RLCCM)is an advanced building material,which is a composite of light conductive component resin and traditional concrete components.Transparent resin and cement matrix respectively belong to organic materials and inorganic materials,the significant difference between the two can easily cause the interface to become the weakest link in RLCCM.No matter under the external force or rapid temperature change,the interface of composite materials is prone to appear cracks and even overall cracking behavior.Funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China No.51562024 named Interface Characteristics and the Degradation Mechanism under Simulation Service Environment and Jiangxi Provincial Science and Technology Department of Science and Technology Support Program No.20133BBE50027 named Preparation,Properties and Microstructure Mechanism of New Light Conductive Concrete.In this study,an on-line monitoring device and method for interfacial shrinkage of organic-inorganic composite materials was used to study the deformation characteristics of the composite material interface under different casting methods,coupling agent treatment,imprint processing,and coupling agent-imprint coupling.ABAQUS is used to numerically analyze the interface of composite materials,and put forward control measures through the matching analysis of test and simulation results.The main research work and results are listed as follows.1.An organic-inorganic composite interface shrinkage device and method with line monitoring function had been independently researched and developed.The deformation rules of the RLCCM interface at different positions are tested by assembling the tested sample,strain gauge,resistance strain gauge,strain gauge controller and computer equipped with testing software.2.The research on the interface deformation rule of the pre-poured matrix method and the pre-cast resin method had accomplished.The shrinkage strain value at points 1,2 and 3(measuring points 1,2 and 3 are located at the end points of the sample interface,1/4 and 1/2,respectively)of the pre-poured matrix and pre-cast resin specimens are-927??and-1080???-781??and-890???-590??and-707??,respectively.The pre-poured matrix method interface is more tightly coupled and the fusion is more compact,the contraction speed and strain value are smaller.3.The research on the interface deformation rule of the coupling agent treatment had accomplished.The shrinkage strain value at points 1,2 and 3 of the control group and coupling agent treatment group are-741??and-596???-631??and-480???-522??and-359??,respectively.By comparison,it was found that the coupling agent significantly improved the bonding of the interface,increased the thickness of the interfacial bonding zone,and the interfacial shrinkage was slower and the strain value was smaller.4.The research on the interface deformation rule of the embossing treatment had accomplished.The shrinkage strain value at points 1,2 and 3 of the control group and notched group are-909??and-816???-785??and-673???-661??and-549??,respectively.The shrinkage strain value at points 1,2 and 3 of the control group and serrated group are-1002??and-869???-901??and-755???-703??and-561??,respectively.The analysis shows that the embossing treatment enhances the mechanical bite force of the interface and improves the interface bonding.The interface between the city shape and the zigzag shape is smaller in contraction rate and strain value than the control group.5.The research on the interface deformation rule of the coupling agent-embossing coupling had accomplished.The shrinkage strain value at points 1,2 and 3 of the control group and coupling agent-embossing coupling group are-1220??and-850???-1010??and-730???-810??and-612??,respectively.It shows that the interface modification effect is more obvious under coupling,and the modification effect is the best.The changes of the interfacestrain value is the largest,and the strain value is the smallest compared with the control group.6.The deformation rule of interface under different treatment methods had been investigated by ABAQUS simulated.The shrinkage speed and strain value of the cement matrix are both maximum,while slightly smaller at the end of the interface,the smaller becomes closer to the middle and minimal value in the middle position.Transparent resin deformation rule is more complicated: first contracted and then expanded.The shrinkage speed and strain value are the smallest at the middle point of the coupling agent-embossing coupling interface,and the final strain value is-213??.7.Control measures had been proposed by matching experimental results with simulation results.The interface modification effect is best with coupling agent-embossing coupling,and the shrinkage speed and strain value are the smallest compared with control group.The strain values of the coupling agent interface,serrated interface and notched interface are decreased in turn.The match between the test result and the simulation result is good,while coupling action is the most effective measure of interface treatment.
