Study On The Financial Risk Of Woodpecker Paint Group Co.Ltd.

With the development of the times,the global economic environment is changing constantly.Business environment is becoming more and more complex.As a result,the financial risk is also increasing.If a company wants to develop healthily and sustainably,it is very important to study on the financial risk.Woodpecker Paint Group Co.Ltd.is involved in such a complex environment.Studying on the financial risk of Woodpecker Paint Group Co.Ltd.has its realistic meaning.This dissertation taken the woodpecker paint Group Co.Ltd as the study object,and based on its general situation and industry characteristics to analyze its financial data and financial index.Its financial risk was identified from four dimensions:financing risk,investment risk,operational risk and cash flow risk.This dissertation measures the financial risk index in the form of questionnaires and tests its reliability and validity.Factor analysis was further applied to classify the financial risk index.By means of AHP to construct a financial risk analysis model for Woodpecker Paint Group Co.Ltd.Meanwhile,it is using the improved efficacy coefficient method to evaluate the enterprise financial risk in order to calculate the comprehensive score of the enterprise financial risk.According to the comprehensive scores of the enterprise financial risk,the financial risk is rated,the size of its financial risk is judged,and the specific reasons for the existence of the financial risk are explored.Through the analysis,it is obvious that there is a high financial risk in Woodpecker Paint Group Co.Ltd.In view of the specific reasons for its financial risk,combined with the industry characteristics,this dissertation is putting forward suggestions for the enterprise on financial risk control from five dimensions:financing,investment,operation,cash flow and risk control concept.
