In today's fast progress premise of this environment,the steady stream of population increases,the quality of life is getting better.They have a higher pursuit and requirements in terms of living conditions.Demand for building only to rise,and with the increase in per capita living standards,people are more popular for new construction.This will generate a lot of construction waste,and the main component of which is discarded mortar,mortar waste a lot of tremendous social environment pollution;China and the world in promoting the protection of the environment,our country is the path of sustainable development advocates road,emphasizing the importance of the ecological environment,and therefore abandoned mortar and recycling is imperative.Therefore,to solve the waste mortar must go to the path of sustainable development.The use of recycled coarse aggregate concrete mortar technology,not only can solve the environmental pollution caused by waste mortar to humans,can also save more natural raw materials needed to create,get two in one fell swoop,society and people's lives have brought some Interests.There is now research is not a lot of waste mortar,the main purpose of this paper is to study the influence of recycled coarse aggregate for concrete mortar properties,including expansion of mixture ratio,flow ability mechanical properties,durability fundamental aspects discussed killing the thick bone regeneration influence of concrete material,and to explore the feasibility of recycled coarse aggregate concrete mortar.This paper route to choose three different strength mortar waste as coarse aggregate,water-cement ratio was 30%,50%,75%,set the replace rate of 30%,60% and 100%.Configuring concrete strength grade of C30,C50 concrete.By 7d,28 d,60d compressive strength testing,tensile testing,and ordinary concrete compressive strength and tensile strength comparative analysis of different intensity and different substitution rate mortar compressive regeneration coarse aggregate concrete tensile strength and impact.Found that when the mortar strength of the same,with the increase in coarse aggregate replacement rate of regeneration mortar,mortar recycled coarse aggregate concrete compressive strength and tensile strength are decreased,when 100% substitution,mortar compressive strength of recycled concrete and tensile strength of concrete and ordinary compared to the same intensity level is significantly reduced.By mortar 28 d regeneration after frost test of coarse aggregate concrete can be analyzed,mortar recycled coarse aggregate strength of the same with the increase of mortar recycled coarse aggregate replacement ratio,regeneration mortar frost resistance of concrete decreased;when killing the recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate is the same,about high mortar strength,frost resistance,the better,but not as good as normal concrete.By mortar recycled coarse aggregate concrete drying shrinkage test found that with the increase of mortar recycled coarse aggregate replacement ratio,the greater the rate of change of the length of the regeneration of mortar and concrete quality;when killing the recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate is the same,mortar recycled coarse aggregate strength of about a low rate of change in the length of the regeneration of mortar and concrete quality the greater because,mortar,coarse aggregate regeneration lower intensity,the greater the water absorption,change over between the mass loss greater.The present for future research on recycled coarse aggregate concrete mortar has some theoretical basis and reference value.
