At present,the research on spontaneous combustion of coal gangue aggregate concrete has been achieved at home and abroad,and it has been applied to a certain extent in practical engineering,but it is rarely reported on the performance of spontaneous combustion coal gangue aggregate concrete at high temperature.Taking into account the frequent occurrence of modern building fire,concrete after high temperature performance caused a high degree of attention.The difference between the aggregate of spontaneous combustion coal gangue aggregate concrete and the natural aggregate of ordinary concrete may make its high temperature mechanical and physical properties inconsistent with ordinary concrete.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the application of coal gangue aggregate concrete after high temperature,and it has the value of academic research.In this paper,more than 200 pieces of spontaneous combustion of coal gangue coarse aggregate,fine aggregate and coarse and fine aggregate concrete cube specimen were completed at 20 ? ~ 750 ? under the support of the National Natural Science Foundation of China Coal Joint Fund Project(U1261122)Under the high temperature test.The physical and mechanical properties of natural coal gangue aggregate concrete prepared by three kinds of different aggregates were studied and analyzed.The main contents are as follows:This paper summarizes the characteristics and applications of coal gangue aggregate and coal gangue aggregate concrete at home and abroad,and studies the high temperature performance of ordinary concrete.Based on the previous research results,this paper puts forward the purpose,content and significance of this paper.In this paper,the spontaneous combustion of coal gangue from Fuxin Qinghemen Mine is taken as the object of study.After crushing,sieving,assembling and testing,the coarse and fine aggregate of spontaneous combustion of coal gangue is prepared.The strength grade of Fuxin local is C35 The concrete is the object of study,and the concrete mix ratio of coal gangue aggregate concrete is determined by calculation and experiment.The results show that the performance of the concrete under normal environmental conditions can meet the required working performance and mechanical properties of the concrete when considering the additional water and pre-wetting time of spontaneous combustion coal gangue aggregates.3,simulation of building fire process,the spontaneous combustion of coal gangue,spontaneous combustion of coal gangue,spontaneous combustion of coal gangue concrete samples were carried out at different temperatures after high temperature calcination cooled to room temperature burn rate and strength(compression,split Strength)and other tests.The results show that the quality of self-igniting coal gangue aggregate concrete decreases with the increase of temperature at 450 ?,and the decrease is lower when the temperature is less than 450 ?,Ordinary concrete.Compared with normal temperature,the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of spontaneous combustion coal gangue concrete are increased first and then decreased,and the higher the effect temperature is,the higher the reduction rate is,but the three combinations Of the concrete after the high temperature residual strength peak occurred at different temperature points,and with ordinary concrete is different.The relationship between the residual compressive strength and the splitting tensile strength and the experienced temperature of the three different coarse and fine spontaneous combustion coal gangue aggregates were analyzed by comparing the experimental phenomena with the experimental data at high temperature and high temperature.And the residual pressure and the splitting tensile strength of ordinary concrete after high temperature were compared and analyzed.The residual compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and tensile pressure ratio of spontaneous combustion coal gangue aggregate concrete were established based on the experimental statistics.Temperature between the proposed formula.And the reasons for the quality loss and strength change of spontaneous combustion coal gangue aggregate after high temperature are explained,and the reason of the bursting of some specimens is analyzed.
