Nitrogen-containing heterocycles are very important organic compounds that had been a research focus in the field of organic synthesis. In recent years, free radical chemistry research has been unprecedentedly high and it is an important means for constructing such heterocycles.Among them,nitrogen-centered radicals are very important intermediate and are widely used to synthesize various nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds. In addition, trifluoromethyl is a very important group in pesticides and drug molecules Therefore, the development of new free radical methodologies is of great significance for the construction of nitrogen-containing and fluorine-containing compounds.Under the guidance of these research strategies, this thesis has developed a new method for the construction of nitrogen-containing heterocycles and an effective new strategy to introduce trifluoromethyl groups into the molecule. This thesis has two parts: In the first part, the decarbonylation of copper catalyzed by nitrogen radicals is introduced.A series of isoquinolinetrione derivatives are synthesized, and a series of new heterocyclic compounds are synthesized for the first time. The second part introduces the trifluoromethyl hydroxylation of copper-catalyzed olefins, which provides a new synthesis method for the synthesis of ?-trifluoromethylenamine.A series of 3-hydroxy-2-substituted isoindolinone compounds were simultaneously synthesized. All products were identified by NMR and HRMS.Based on the experimental results,a possible mechanism was proposed for the new reaction.
