At present,the study of environmentally friendly and efficient extraction system is the development direction of solvent extraction technology.This paper studies the extraction performance of Pd?II?based on aqueous two-phase system of imidazolium ionic liquids.In addition,four environmentally friendly types of ionic liquids based on the series of quaternary ammonium salts were synthesized,[A336][P507],[A336][C18:1],[A336][CA-12]and[A336][P204],and characterized the four kinds of ionic liquids.The extraction properties of Pt?IV?and Pd?II?were studied,and the factors affecting the separation process were optimized.1.The extraction of Pd?II?in acidic solution by three hydrophilic imidazolium ionic liquids[C4mim]Br,[C6mim]Br and[C8mim]Br formed aqueous two-phase system was studied.And It investigated the effects of salt concentration,ionic liquid concentration,pH value,palladium concentration and temperature on the extraction efficiency of palladium.The results show that the ionic liquid-based aqueous two-phase system for palladium has excellent extraction performance,and the final palladium can be enriched in the ionic liquid phase.The effect of three imidazole ionic liquids on the extraction of Pd?II?in acidic solution is:[C4mim]Br>[C6mim]Br>[C8mim]Br.The mechanism for the extraction of palladium was studied by FT-IR,UV-VIS,TEM,indicating that palladium can migrate to ionic liquid phase,and the extraction of palladium is accompanied by the formation of O/W micelle.The Palladium of enriched in ionic liquids can be recovered by hydrazine hydrate.The ionic liquid-based aqueous two-phase system can overcome the shortcomings of traditional extraction systems,such as the use of large amounts of solvents and the volatilization of organic materials.It is a highly efficient and green palladium extraction system and has a certain application prospect.2.Four kinds of quaternary ammonium salt ionic liquids[A336][P507],[A336][C18:1],[A336][CA-12]and[A336][P204]were synthesized,respectively with diluent 260 solvent oil constitute organic solvent extraction system and extracted Pd?II?form acidic solution.The effects of palladium concentration,ionic liquid concentration,time,temperature and pH on the extraction efficiency of palladium were investigated.The results show that the quaternary ammonium salt IL have excellent extraction performance on palladium,and finally the palladium can be enriched in the ionic liquid phase.The mechanism of palladium extraction was studied by IR and high resolution mass spectrometry,indicating that palladium can migrate to ionic liquid phase.The palladium of enriched in ionic liquids can be stripped by thiourea solution.The above-mentioned four kinds of quaternary ammonium salt-type IL extracted palladium system has a small amount of use,high extraction efficiency,environmentally friendly,and have a certain industrial application prospects.3.Using four types of IL extractants,[A336][P507],[A336][C18:1],[A336][CA-12]and[A336][P204]with diluent 260 solvent oil constitute organic solvent extraction system and extracted Pt?IV?from the acidic solution.The effects of platinum concentration,ionic liquid concentration,time,temperature and pH on the extraction efficiency of platinum were investigated.The results show that the extraction rate is high and the extraction rate is fast.The extraction mechanism of platinum from these four quaternary ammonium salts IL was studied by IR and high resolution mass spectrometry.It shows that platinum can be enriched in the ionic liquid phase.
