At present,the technology of purifying SO2 and NOX from flue gas had been increasingly perfected,and various strengthening technologies had been fully developed.Tying to improve the simultaneously purifying SO2 and NOX from flue gas had become the primary task of the research.The study on purifying SO2 and NOX simultaneously from flue gas by biofilm packing tower and gas-liquid vertical cross-flow biofilm packing tower were conducted.The activated sludge from Kunming Sewage Treatment Plant was used to film the biological tower which was taking ceramic particles as the filler.After the system was stable,respectively,the chemical strengthening,biological strengthening and integration intensification were conducted.At the same time,the relevant kinetic issues were carried out.(1)According to the Adsorption-Biofilm Theory and its kinetic model,the outlet mass concentration,biochemical removal and purification efficiency of NOX by biofilm packing tower and gas-liquid vertical cross-flow biofilm packing tower were simulated and compared.The good relativities between simulated theoretical data and experimental data were obtained(the interrelation coefficicients were in the range of 0.81~0.99).The simulation research results indicated that the Adsorption-Biofilm Theory and its kinetic model had good suitabilities for describing and simulating the purifying process of NOX in the biofilm-packing tower system and gas-liquid vertical cross-flow biofilm packing tower system.Adsorption-Biofilm Theory model and Adsorption-Transmittance and Biodegradation Mechanism model were used to simulate purifying process of NOX by biofilm packing tower.The comparison shows that Adsorption-Biofilm Theory model can better describe the process of purifying NOX by biofilm packing tower than Adsorption-Transmittance and Biodegradation Mechanism model.(2)The study on the kinetics of purifying SO2 and NOX simultaneously by chemical strengthening and bioaugmentation were conducted.The results indicated that the biodegradation reactions of SO2 and NOX in the biofilm were first-order reactions and fast biodegradation reactions.The simulation research results and contrast verifications for simulating the mass concentration in outlet,bio-elimination capacity and purification efficiency by applying the Adsorption-Biofilm Theory and its kinetic model before and after chemical intensifying and bioaugmentation indicated that there were good relativities between simulated theoretical data and experimental data by applying this theory and its kinetic model(the interrelation coefficicients were in the range of 0.86~0.99).(3)The experiments on improving performance of simultaneously purifying SO2 and NOX by biofilm-packing tower and gas-liquid vertical cross-flow biofilm packing tower by integrated strengthening were carried out.The results showed that chemical strengthening and directional strengthening played important roles in the integrated enhancement system.The integrated strengthening is feasible.After the integration enhancement,the desulfurization and denitrification efficiency of the biofilm packed tower and the gas-liquid vertical cross-flow biofilm packed tower were significantly improved.The desulfurization efficiency reached 100%,and the average denitrification efficiency of the biofilm packed tower was 49.39%.The average denitrification efficiency of the integrated enhancement system was 25.55% higher than the original biofilm system,and the average denitrification efficiency of the gas-liquid vertical staggered biofilm packing tower was 51.33%,which was 18.61% higher than the average denitrification efficiency of the original biofilm system.(4)The study on kinetics of purifying SO2 and NOX simultaneously by integrated strengthening were conducted.In biofilm system,chemical strengthening system and chemical and directional strengthening system of biofilm-packing tower and gas-liquid vertical cross-flow biofilm packed tower,the biodegradation reactions of SO2 and NOX in the biofilm were first order reactions,and biodegradation reactions of SO2 and NOX in biofilm were rapid biochemical reactions.The simulation research results and contrast verifications for simulating the concentration in outlet,bio-elimination capacity and purification efficiency of chemical strengthening system and chemical and directional strengthening system of biofilm-packing tower and gas-liquid vertical cross-flow biofilm packed tower by applying the Adsorption-Biofilm Theory and its kinetic model indicated that there were good relativities between simulated theoretical data and experimental data by applying this theory and its kinetic model(the interrelation coefficicients were in the range of 0.73~0.99).
