Due to the rapid economic development,As,Cu and other metal elements have entered the lake water through industrial production and chemical algae removal operations,resulting in composite metal pollution in lakes.At present,there are many studies on the effect of single metal element on the pollution of organisms,but related studies have shown that the ecological effects of metal compound pollution are different from those of a single metal.At the same time,elements such as As have a relatively high toxicity and are transmitted by organisms and have different spaces.Due to toxicity,it will eventually harm human health.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out relevant research on planktonic algae at the front of the food chain in the case of As+Cu compound pollution,and to clarify the influence of two metal elements on the growth of blue-green algae in the actual polluted environment and The migration and transformation of total arsenic and arsenic species.In this paper,we studied the effects of As(?)alone and Cu(?)on the growth of blue-green algae and the bioaccumulation and transformation of algae.At different concentrations of As(?)and Cu(?)exposure conditions,the algal cell content,algae chlorophyll a content,algae cell specific growth rate,algae total arsenic content,bioconcentration factor,correlation coefficient,and algal biomass Arsenic speciation was determined experimentally and found:(1)There is a certain degree of antagonism between low concentration of Cu(?)and As(?),and no growth of Cu and Cu(?)in the presence of Cu(?)promotes the growth of algae,but high concentrations of Cu(?)can lead to pH in water.And the decrease of chlorophyll content in the algae;(2)Cu(?)promotes the bioaccumulation of total arsenic in blue-green algae,and increases with the increase of Cu(?)concentration;(3)The low-to-moderate concentrations of Cu(?)can promote the migration and transformation of arsenic in algae,and when Cu(?)is at a high level of 1000ug/L,it will promote As(?)conversion into MMA.
