| Composition and properties of electroplating sludge is very complex,which contains a lot of difficult to degrade harmful heavy metal ions and its compounds,if not effectively deal with the sludge,and do great harm to the environment,so the effective electroplating sludge treatment is always the key point of the research and the difficulty.In thispaper,three different sources and heavy metal content of electroplating sludge as the research object,the sludge of heavy metal Cu,Cr,Cd,zinc,Pb,Ni for stabilizing treatment.Through the analysis of the basic properties of sludge,the amount of heavy metals analysis,by bentonite and modified bentonite,humic acid and high temperature modified humic acid as stabilizer,discusses four types of stabilizers on the stabilization of heavy metals in sewage sludge.The TCLP leaching toxicity experiment analysis research on the stabilization of heavy metals in sewage sludge.The main contents as follows:Bentonite and modified bentonite to the stabilization of heavy metals in sewage sludge,in the best conditions(dosing quantity is 1 g and 1.5 g,oscillation time of 12 h),the stabilization of heavy metals in the sample effect is best,leaching concentration of heavy metal content in the lowest.Humic acid and high temperature of modified humic acid on the stabilization of heavy metals in the sludge,the best conditions(dosing quantity for 1 g and 1.5 g shock for 8 h or12 h),the stabilization of heavy metals in the sample effect is best,leaching concentration of heavy metal content in the lowest.Stable sludge samples after morphological analysis of heavy metals,steady-state mainly the organic combination of state and residual state,increase concentration distribution,and reduce the content of unstable state,reduce the mobility of heavy metals.Of bentonite,humic acid and their products of scanning electron microscope and infrared spectrum,and analysis their results of change,the adsorption mechanism of heavy metals. |
