In this paper,the crafts of several kinds of agricultural wastes convering fermentable sugar and ethanol were investigated,the optimation of these crafts had also been done.The NREL method was used to do components analysis.Through the components analysis,we confirmed the major components of several kinds of corn straws.The addition of ctec2 and htec2 during the enzymatic hydrolysis was ensured according to the glucan and xylan content.We used alkaline hydrogen peroxide(AHP)pretreatment to pretreated the agricultural wastes and the sugar conversion of different kinds of corn straws' enzymatic hydrolysis was researched under a few bioloadings.The model on bioloadings and the efficiency of enzymatic hydrolysis was built to choose the proper bioloading.The variation trend of sugar yields under different bioloadings and enzyme digestion time were also investigated,basing on this trend,we had confirmed the ending time of semi-simultaneous saccharification and fermentation(SSSF).We chosen corn stover and brewers' spent grain(BSG)to search the impact of water wash on the enzymatic hydrolysis,which was based on the previous research.The consequence showed that the water wash could improve the sugar conversion of some agricultural wastes.At the same time,the impacts of several kinds of surfactants on enzymatic hydrolysis were investigated.The results show that adding proper amount of nonionic surfactant such as tritonX100?tritonX114?tween20?tween80 could improve the sugar conversion during the lignocelluloses' enzymatic hydrolysis under high bioloadings.Comparing with other surfactants,the improvement of tween20 and tween80 was higher.The results also demonstrated that the improvement was different according to the kind of substrate.The corn stover under 20% bioloading and BSG under 25% bioloading were superior to wheat straw under 25% bioloading.The effect of tween20 and tween80 to the yeast fermentation for ethanol had also been researched.The consequence showed that adding small amount tween20 or tween80 could improve the ethanol yields of yeast fermentation.The impact of tween20 to the SSSF of corn stover and BSG was investigated under high bioloading.The SSSF conditions of corn stover and BSG had also benn researched basing on the previous research.The results indicated that adding tween20 could improve the ethanol yields of corn stover and BSG's SSSF under high bioloading.And the research confirmed the proper SSSF's crafts of corn stover and BSG,and this study provided an efficient way to the industrial-scale production of cellulosic ethanol...
