With the growing development of Nano-Silica materials in modern industry,the new coating industry is also rapidly rising and gradually entering the public vision,attracting the public attention as an emerging technology.After decades of continuous improvement,it has been widely used in many fields such as mechanical products,electronic products,aerospace manufacturing and architectural decoration and has a very broad prospect of development and application.At present,research and applications of coating at home and abroad are mainly focusing on the surface of silicon carbide,crystal glass,ceramic and stainless steel substrate,but seldom on stone surface,therefore the corresponding theory and practice are short.In this thesis,different proportions of modified silica sol,epoxy resin and curing agent are used to prepare a series of coatings.The coating with smooth and uniform surface,obvious coating and stable combination with matrix marble were selected to test the related performance,which aims at displaying its great stain-proofing property,abrasion resistance and stability to the substrate,these are great significance for the subsequent development of new functional coatings and the expansion of their use scope.In this thesis,the following aspects are analyzed:(1)The modified silica gel with methyl group was prepared in a certain proportion with Tetraethoxysilane and Trimethyloxysilane as the composite silicon source,ethanol and acetone as co-solvent,deionizer water and concentrated aqueous ammonia as reactants and then concentrated and dried to obtain the modified Nano-Silica.Besides,the appropriate amount of epoxy resin,PDMS and curing agent were mixed in modified silica and the dipping film and curing process technology were used to obtain a new coating on the marble surface.(2)The modified Nano-Silica,epoxy resin and curing agent were selected as the three main factors affecting the coating effect.According to the design of the orthogonal meter in different proportions,the corresponding coatings were prepared,from which we choose the coating with best surface morphology.Besides,the infrared spectroscopy was used to obtain the corresponding spectrum of the coating and the original stone and different composition analysis showed the methyl was introduced,which indicated the successful preparation of the modified new coating.(3)The stain resistance of the coating was examined by the same amount of blue ink,edible oil and fruit juice mixture.At the same time,the friction coefficient test of both the coating and original stone was tested by friction wear test machine and compared to validate good wear performance of coating.Besides,the influence of the two parameters on the friction coefficient of the coating was studied under different loadings and:friction frequencies,respectively.(4)Firstly,scratch test was carried out by friction and wear testing machine to measure the binding force between different coating and matrix with the sudden change point of acoustic noise.Secondly,the difference analysis was used to find out the primary and secondary factors influencing blinding force of coating,the variance analysis was applied to analyze the significance of different factors,and the regression analysis was used again to establish a mathematical model between binding force and influencing factors and calculate the empirical formula.At last,the significance of regression model and the regression coefficient were tested.
