The output of aquaculture products are directly related to the water.In recent years,China's aquatic product breeding system has gradually expanded,ahead of other countries.However,many aquaculture bases still use artificial supervision methods,which have the disadvantages of long detection period,poor real-time performance and low efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a new monitoring system instead of manual management.Aiming at this problem,a water quality monitoring wireless sensor network system based on ZigBee and Android technology was designed.ZigBee and Android technology were applied to the water quality monitoring system.A sensor node and wireless gateway node based on ZigBee and Android technology were proposed.Software design.Mainly use the API function provided by ZigBee 2007 protocol stack to complete the data transmission and ZigBee wireless sensor network construction,and complete the data collection by writing the data acquisition program of the sensor node,and use the cloud server technology to complete the remote transmission and storage of data.Android technology can transmit the transmitted data to the user interface,thus realizing real-time monitoring of water quality.The types of water quality parameters are different,many parameters are difficult to obtain directly,and some sensors are quite expensive.In order to effectively reduce equipment costs and maximize benefits,a water quality parameter prediction system based on support vector machine is proposed.Through the support vector machine theory,SVR modeling and model training,the prediction function of water quality parameters is completed,the equipment construction cost of water quality parameter information collection is reduced,and the parameter values with higher credibility are provided.The system is equipped with three types of sensors,pH,dissolved oxygen and conductivity sensors.Through 2 months of field testing,the system can smoothly collect various parameter data and transmit and process it.By comparing the acquisition parameters with the actual values,the relative errors of the three types of sensors are small,0.48%,1.68%and 0.23%respectively.Through the simulation comparison of the water quality prediction model,the relative error of the prediction results is small and the reliability is high.The experimental results show that the system has excellent rationality and accuracy,scientific design and stable work.
