In this paper,through the isolation and identification of the disease pathogens during the storage period of Lilium lantus,it was determined that the lily is mainly harmful to the pathogenic bacteria in storage period,and Tra T2A,the protein elicitor of Trichoderma viride T2 fermentation liquid,was used to induce pathogenic bacteria,and the disease-resistance effect and disease resistance mechanism were defined.At the same time,the effect of Tra T2A on the plant growth of Lilium lancifolium was detected.Finally,a 20%TraT2A eliciting agent liquid agent that met the national quality standards was develop ed.The result is as follows:1.A new type of pathogenic fungus causing lily disease was isolated from the diseased lily of Lanzhou during storage period.The morphological and molecular biological methods were used to determine the bacterium as Schizophyllum commune Franch.and its biological characteristics were determined.The results showed that Schizophyllum grew best under conditions of 30°C,p H 7,full darkness,and carbon source of starch.2.Effects of different dilutions of TraT2A on resistance to Schizophyllum commune Franch in Lanzhou Lily and their physiological and biochemical mechanisms(1)Induction effect study showed that Tra T2A 100 times liquid had the best induction effect on Lilium squamosa L.antibiotics with a disease index of 24.21 a nd an induced resistance effect of 62.00%.(2)Physiological and biochemical mechanism results showed that the activity of PPO,POD,PAL,GLU,and CAT was significantly increased by TraT2A-induced disease pathogen S.schizophyllum,and the activities of PPO and POD reached the maximum at the 5th day after treatment.The activities of PPO were 41.04%,87.00%,and 18.05%higher than those of CK,BS,and Tra T2A,respectively.PO D activity values were 193.93%,234.48%,and 8.99%higher than those of CK,BS,a nd TraT2A,respectively.PAL reached its maximum value on the third day.The values were31.63%,198.11%and 31.03%higher than those of CK,BS and Tra T2A,respectively.The GLU activity reached the maximum at 14d,which was 145.46%,309.01%and22.88%higher than those of CK,BS and Tra T2A respectively.1d reached the maximum of 28.57%,21.15%,21.15%higher than CK,BS and Tra T2A respectively;(3)Effects of different dilutions of Tra T2A induction treatment on the content of disease-resistance related substances in Lilium lantus:The contents of total phenols,flavonoids and lignin in the lily bulbs after treatment have been significantly improved,and the content of flavonoids was at the processing time.The 3rd day reached the maximum value,which was 0.64(OD280/g.FW),which were 178.26%,77.78%,and 23.08.22%higher than those of CK,BS and Tra T2A respectively.The total phenol content reached the maximum on the 5th day after treatment.The value is0.62(OD325/g.FW),226.31%,416.67%,and 50.22%higher than those of CK,BS,and TraT2A,respectively.The lignin content reached its maximum on day 3d,which was0.62(OD280/g.FW),which was 33.87%,47.45%,and 40.32%higher than that of CK,BS and Tra T2A,respectively.4.The results of the study on the promoting effect of Tra T2A on Lilium showed that the Tra T2A 200-fold liquid had the best promoting effect on the germination rate of the lily scales and the number of germination per scale,and its value was 100%and5.85,respectively;and the Tra T2A 50 times solution to the lily The growth promoting effect was the most obvious.The absolute growth of the plant height of lily plants after irrigation was 20.18%and 46.15%higher than that of the control at 10-20d and20-30d,respectively.The absolute growth of leaf length was higher than that of the control.12.62%and 19.55%,respectively,had 9.03%,25.42%,and 13.64%higher plant height,leaf length,and flower heads than controls in the pre-flowering stage;and absolute plant heights at 10-20 days and 20-30 days in lily plants treated with spray.48.31%and 61.11%higher than the control respectively,and the absolute growth of leaf length was 60.08%and 48.11%higher than the control respectively.The plant height,leaf length,and flower head number before flowering were 50.39%,16.39%,and 35.90,respectively,higher than those of the control.%,TraT2A100times liquid had the most obvious influence on the stem diameter of lily plants in the early flowering period,and the stem diameters of the root irr igation and spray treatment were 3.7cm and 3.3cm,which were 146.15%and 106.25%higher than the control.5 20%TraT2A inducer agent preparation,the best formula is:surfactant:8%HSO1,thickener is 10%glycerol,stabilizer is 2%pentanediol,antifreeze is 2%Ethylene glycol,antifoaming agent is JS-51158%.After a series of physicochemical properties are determined,the formulation is matched with the quality and technical indicators of the water agent.
