Plasticizer is a kind of polymer material additives,increase the flexibility of plastic packaging,prohibited to add to food.In food packaging,plasticizer is easy to migrate to food,resulting in food pollution,detection and removal of plasticizing agent has practical significance.In this paper,the content of plasticizer in Schisandra chinensis oil and 5 kinds of red wine was analyzed by GC-MS,and the study of plasticizing agent in Schisandra chinensis Oil was further studied according to the results of plasticizing Agent test,and good results were obtained.1.After detection of schisandra oil and red wine mainly contains Diisobutyl phthalate(DIBP),Dibutyl phthalate(DBP)and Di-(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP)these three phthalate esters,DIBP,DBP,DEHP content of Schisandra chinensis are 6.1 mg/kg,5.8 mg/kg,51.6 mg/kg,red wine in DBP,DEHP,The content of DIBP was 0.010-0.091 mg/kg,0.040-0.104 mg/kg,0.017-0.040 mg/kg,the results showed that the plasticizer content in different red wine was within the limited value range,and the content of DBP and DEHP in Schisandra chinensis oil exceeded the limit value.Schisandra chinensis Oil in Paes content is much higher than red wine,so the Schisandra oil to do plasticizing agent removal2.In this paper,molecular distillation,ethanol extraction,ethanol extraction enzymatic hydrolysis and physical adsorption were used to remove the plasticizer from Schisandra chinensis oil.The results show that the molecular distillation process can completely remove the DIBP and DBP in Schisandra chinensis oil,the DEHP removal rate is about 50,ethanol extraction,plasticizing agent removal rate is the highest,the removal rate is 90,and the content of DBP and DEHP decreased 1.07 mg/kg,17.8 mg/kg by enzymatic hydrolysis,The removal rate was 54%,75%,and the removal rate of activated carbon to DEHP was 13.76%,but the removal rate of DIBP was the lowest,was 4.92%.The removal rate of plasticizer in Schisandra chinensis oil was low by several adsorbents,which showed that physical adsorption had poor effect on the plasticizing agent in Schisandra chinensis oil.3.To investigate the effect of removal methods on active components: the highest loss rate is ethanol extraction treatment,the ethanol extraction of Schisandra chinensis oil in the alcohol methyl,methyl and ethyl in the loss rate of 96%-98%,86%-87% and 58%-72%,followed by molecular distillation,Schisandra chinensis oil in alcohol methyl,methyl and ethyl element loss rate of 44%-57%,50%-97% and 51%-61%;lipase hydrolysis was 2 hours,and the loss rate of alcohol methyl,methyl and ethyl in Schisandra chinensis oil was 100%,90% and 62% respectively.The results show that molecular distillation and ethanol extraction can effectively remove Paes from Schisandra chinensis Oil and also lose active ingredient in different degrees.The highest loss rate of methyl alcohol was the enzymatic hydrolysis of 70 ethanol extract solution,after ethanol extraction,the methyl alcohol loss rate of Schisandra chinensis oil was as high as 100%,the highest loss rate of methyl was two times of molecular distillation,the loss was as high as 97%,the highest loss rate of ethyl was the heavy steaming anhydrous ethanol extraction,the loss rate was 72%;ethanol extraction,The effect of molecular distillation on ethyl is also greater,at the same temperature,with the increase of distillation times,the loss rate of methyl,methyl and ethyl in Schisandra chinensis oil was increased,and the loss rate of alcohol methyl,methyl and ethyl in Schisandra chinensis oil increased with the increase of distillation temperature in the same treatment times.The removal rate of three plasticizing agents was more than 50%,and the maximum loss rate of active ingredient was 12%,the loss rate of methyl and ethyl was less than 5%,and the effect was less.
