Citrus Pu'er tea specifically refers to Xinhui orange Pu'er tea.Citrus reticulata cv.Chachiensis(national geographical indication protection product)and Yunnan Pu'er tea,which are grown in Xinhui,are processed through special processes without any additives.The tea produced by this process has a unique flavor,which not only blends the fruit aroma of Qingzhi with the unique characteristics of the tea tree,but also the strong mellow tea flavor of Yunnan Pu'er.It also has the advantages of both the orange peel and Pu'er,which has the effect of delaying aging and sobering up.Spleen and stomach,heat and detoxification,phlegm and cough,beauty and beauty,lipid-lowering diet and soften the arteries,etc.are also play a significant role.Citrus Pu'er Tea attracts a lot of consumers' attention because of its good health care effect and unique flavor.In recent years,the market for orange Pu'er tea has been very hot,especially the orange tea produced in Xinhui has attracted consumers' attention with its unique taste and outstanding health care function.The orange Pu'er tea on the market is divided into Shang Pin,Treasure,Yurun,and Special Grade according to its quality grade.In accordance with national standards,this study uses the national standard physical and chemical analysis methods,spectrophotometry and other technologies for the production of four grades(Shang Pin,Zhen Huan,Yu Run,Special Grade)in 2011,2013,2014,2015,and 2016.Orange Pu'er tea and Pu'er tea as raw materials were tested for ingredients.It was confirmed that the orange Pu'er tea is a nutritional multi-functional beverage,and the division of the product grade is related to the quality of the raw materials used,and it is not positively related to the components and efficacy of medicinal health care.According to the results of this experiment,it can provide a certain reference basis for the consumers to choose the orange Pu'er tea and the quality of the orange Pu'er tea to be used by the manufacturers.Looking at the long-term storage quality of tea,you can buy orange tea with less water content(eg: 2014 Gujing Shangpin,2015 Gujing Collection).Microorganisms are not easy to grow and are suitable for consumers who need long-term storage;consumers who do not like bitter taste can recommend Purchase orange citrus tea with less polyphenols(such as: 2014 Gujing Shangpin,2015 Gujing Yurun);refreshing efficacy can buy orange Pu'er tea with higher content of caffeine(eg: 2014 Gujing Collection,2015 Gujing Shangpin);low-sugar and low-calorie enthusiasts,can buy citrus tea with less soluble sugar content,and can moderately reduce the amount of skin brewing(such as: 2014 Gujing Shangpin,2015 Gujing special grade).There is no significant difference in the content of each component of the Citrus Pu'er tea of different production years.Therefore,the quality of the orange Pu'er tea,which is not the longer the age of production,is better.Consumers can purchase according to personal preferences when purchasing.
