The adsorbent material prepared by adsorption phosphorus removal method is a powder material,which is difficult to be applied to the actual water treatment process and is difficult to recover.The study of the powder adsorbent particle size has become a hot topic in recent years.In the previous study,the MAL composite adsorbent prepared by mixing a certain proportion of magnesium,aluminum,and bismuth metal has a high efficiency of phosphorus removal.In this experiment,MAL/CS-adsorbent was prepared by using MAL composite adsorbent with economical and safe performance and environmentally friendly chitosan as binder,and its material characterization and phosphorus removal performance were studied.The adsorption mechanism is studied.and so.Research indicates:The MAL-CS material is a mesoporous material with a specific surface area of 6.8m2/g.The particles formed by the chitosan-coated MAL adsorbent are accumulated and formed.After the adsorption reaction,a large amount of M-PO4 crystal compounds are condensed on the surface of the particles,forming M in the particles.The-PO4 crystal compound fills the structure voids.The adsorption capacity of the adsorbent when the solid-liquid ratio is 2 g/L and the initial phosphorus concentration is 150.00 mg/L is 22.65 mg/L,and it has better adsorption performance;SO42-,HCO3-,F-have a certain inhibitory effect on the phosphorus removal process.Low-concentration humic acid combined with phosphate forms complexes to promote adsorption,and high-density humic acid competes with phosphate for adsorption.Within the range of pH?311?,it has high adsorption under the condition of ensuring particle integrity.The MAL composite adsorbent has good ability and good metal stability,acid resistance and alkali resistance stronger than powder;MAL-CS after desorption of phosphorus can be desorbed in alkaline solution,and the removal and recovery of phosphate can be achieved at the same time.The rate-limiting factors of the MAL-CS adsorption reaction include external mass transfer,physical and chemical adsorption and internal diffusion.Pseudo-first-order kinetics,Pseudo-second-order kinetics and Intra-particle diffusion model all can better fit the kinetics of phosphorus removal by the adsorbent.Process;The adsorption process is between single-layer adsorption and multi-layer adsorption,and the elevated temperature has a certain role in promoting the adsorption process.The stability of the MAL-CS metal was good during the dynamic column experiment.When the influent water flow rate was0.5mL/min,the effluent P concentration exceeded the standard after 67 h of operation?the effluent P concentration was 0.50 mg/L?.
