With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,people’s demand for fresh fruits is getting higher and higher,but the fresh-keeping system equipment that can be popularized in the market is still scarce.In view of this,this article will combine domestic and foreign research of modified atmosphere preservation technology and SCM control technology and modern computer technology,developed a set of data acquisition,data processing,automatic control,remote monitoring and other functions of the fruit preservation system.The system has high practical feasibility and can be applied to the field of fruit preservation as a fresh environment control system.The structure of the system can be divided into two blocks: the lower computer of the information acquisition and control system with the STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller as the main control chip,and the upper computer with the PC computer for receiving and storing the collected data and the remote control operation for the lower computer.The design of the hardware circuit system and software of the entire system adopts a modular design,adopts the design principle of low coupling and high cohesion,and improves the stability and reliability of the entire system as much as possible.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)Analyze the status quo of China’s fruit industry and the market’s demand for fruit preservation technology,and summarize the research status of domestic and foreign fruit preservation technology and fresh-keeping equipment systems.Analyze the differences in the status quo of fruit preservation technology and equipment at home and abroad,and look forward to the future development trend of the fruit preservation equipment system,and determine the specific research content of this article.(2)Determine the overall functional goals of the system,so that the entire system can be divided into smaller functional modules to design one by one.The lower computer terminal is divided into: SCM main control module,keyboard setting module,relay control module,display module,information acquisition module,and remote communication module.The upper computer includes the design of a TCP server,the design of a mobile phone APP,and the configuration of auxiliary software.Based on the functional goals of each module,a requirement analysis is performed on the design and implementation of the system to establish the basis for the specific design and implementation of the system.(3)According to the division of the system function module,make detailed design and functional realization of each module.That is,through the design of the hardware circuit system and the corresponding software design,the lower computer side of the system is realized: data information collection and display function,keyboard parameter setting function,automatic regulation function,and GPRS data transmission;on the host computer side: data receiving function,storage display function,remote control functions,etc.(4)Perform functional test experiments and experimental run tests on the entire system.Through the test results,the analysis of system function implementation status and stability and reliability are performed,and modifications are made where improvements are needed.The research on the adaptive control and remote monitoring system of the storage box in the orchard in the mountain has filled the research gap in the control system of the domestic small fresh-keeping equipment.The completion of this system will make the control of the fruit preservation environment more convenient and intelligent,and the innovative application of its remote data transmission and monitoring functions will help preserve the fruit preservation parameter data.Through the analysis of this data,the parameters of fruit preservation can be optimized.The setting can also provide a good reference for the research of other fruit preservation systems.
