Soybean?Glycine max?is one of the most important economic crops in China and has a high nutritive value.Cadmium?Cd?is harmful to human health.Selenium?Se?has many biological functions,such as anticancer,detoxification and so on.In this experiment,20 different varieties?lines?soybean were used in the field test of two different cadmium contaminated soils in Zhanru Village,Wushi Town,Qujiang District,Shaoguan City,and Shangba Village,XinJiang Town,Wengyuan County,Shaoguan City,the purpose is to study the difference in absorption and accumulation of cadmium and selenium in different contaminated soils with soybeans of different varieties?lines?,and to provide a theoretical basis for the safe production of soybeans.The results are as follows:?1?The yield of soybean in 20 different varieties?lines?of Zhanru Village ranged from16.75 to 37.10 g·strain-1,of which HX13-87 had the highest grain yield and HX13-44 had the lowest grain yield.The yield of soybean in 20 different varieties?lines?of soybean in Shangba Village ranged from 23.17 to 45.27 g·strain-1,of which HX13-101 had the highest grain yield and Huaxia No.1 had the lowest grain yield.?2?The Cd content of 20 different varieties?lines?of soybean in Zhanru Village ranged from 0.840 to 2.137 mg·kg-1 with an average value of 1.068 mg·kg-1.The highest content was Huaxia No.6 and the lowest was HX13-79.The Cd content of 20 different varieties?lines?of soybean in Shangba Village ranged from 0.214 to 0.698 mg·kg-1 with an average value of0.284 mg·kg-1.The highest content was Huaxia No.6,and the lowest was HX13-184.The Cd content of soybean seeds in the two polluted areas exceeded the national food safety standard and couldn't be eaten.?3?The Se content of 20 different varieties?lines?of soybean in Zhanru Village ranged from 0.110 to 0.160 mg·kg-1 with an average value of 0.138 mg·kg-1,of which HX13-101was the highest and Huaxia 16 was the lowest.The Se content of 20 different varieties?lines?of soybean in Shangba Village ranged from 0.031 to 0.063 mg·kg-1 with an average value of0.042 mg·kg-1.The highest content was Huaxia No.17 and the lowest was HX13-73.?4?Cluster analysis showed that Huaxia No.6 was a high accumulation variety of Cd,HX13-79 was relatively low accumulation varieties of Cd.Huaxia No.17 and HX13-101 are strong Se varieties?lines?,Huaxia No.16 and HX13-73 are relatively weak Se varieties?lines?.The results of comprehensive cluster analysis showed that HX13-101 is a high-yield,low-cadmium,selenium-enriched soybean line.?5?In the two polluted areas,the order of Cd content in different organs of soybean was:stem leaf>root>grain;The order of Se concentration in different organs of Zhanru village were:root>stem leaf>grain;the order of Se in different organs of soybean in Shangba village was:grain>stem leaf.Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between Cd content in soybean grains and soybean stems and leaves,soybean stems and leaves have a significant positive correlation with Cd content in soybean roots,the correlation of Se content in different organs of soybean was not significant,the correlation of Cd and Se content in soybean grain was also not significant.
