In recent years, with the rapiddevelopment of society,at the same time people have a higher understanding and improvement in material and cultural aspects, and pay more attention to the combination of economic and ecological effects on issues such as environmental governance.Kitchen garbage is a by-product of socialdevelopment, and its output is increasingday byday, which has a great impact on social production and people's health.Food waste has rich nutrients, especially protein, cellulose, oil, starch and other substances,so it has become the focus of research. The technology of anaerobic microbial fermentation to produce ethanol from kitchen waste has high application potential because of its high organic load bearing capacity and simple process. What is more important is to treat the waste and kitchen waste, but also to recycle its biomass energy. It can be predicted that the production of ethanol by microbial fermentation of kitchen waste is a main direction for large-scale treatment of kitchen waste in the future. In this study, ethanol was produced from ethanol microflora and cellulosic decomposing bacteria waste. The fermentation process optimization, substrate consumption, product change and cell growth were used to study the ethanol production system of mixed fermentation kitchen waste. The kinetic model of ethanol fermentation of kitchen waste was obtained by summarizing the kinetic law.The results are as follows:(1)Comparing the ethanol concentration, daily yield and cellulase activity of cellulolytic bacteria and ethanol bacteria in the waste of food and kitchen, under the condition of no sterilization,The ethanol content of the waste was 6.54 U/mL after fermentation with cellulose decomposing bacteria for 24 hours, and the daily ethanol yield showed an increasing trend. The hemicellulase activity was? 33.12 U/mL.Under sterilizing conditions, the ethanol content of the co-culture of kitchen waste was 6.81 U/mL,and the daily yield of ethanol was relatively high with the addition of cellulose decomposing bacteria and ethanol bacteria at the same time.(2)Biomass growth Model, production Kinetic Model and substrate consumption Model in ethanol production process of fermentation Kitchen waste with ethanol bacteria after 24 hours adding Cellulose decomposing bacteria under the condition of No Sterilization,Kinetic Model of Product formation and Kinetic Model of substrate consumption are as follows:The concentration of the product(ethanol)at the time of t is the concentration of the substrate(sugar)at the time of t,and the concentration of sugar is the time.(3)Bacterial growth model, product formation kinetic model and substrate consumption model during ethanol production from culinary waste by fermentation of ethanol bacteria and cellulolytic bacteria under sterilization condition at the same time:X(t)=7.46e0.123t/4.9+1.22e0.123t P(t)=18.53(7.46e0.123t/4.9+1.22e0.123t-1.22)S(t)-150=(7.46e0.123t/4.9-1.22e0.123t)12.48ln(4.9-1.22e0.123t/6.12)...
