In recent years, soil pollution in many areas in China is rather serious, especially from heavy metals. This poses a great risk to natural ecological system and the food chain.Firstly, soil heavy metal will decrease crop yield and quality, caused in over-standard seriously heavy metal content of crops, which do harm on human physical and mental health;Secondly, heavy metals can be migrated to the surrounding soil and groundwater through a variety of ways to pollute the surrounding environment. Therefore, the effective management and control of heavy metal-contaminated soil is urgent for health and envrionment. The environmental enzyme produced by kitchen waste fermentation has the potential of leaching heavy metals in contaminated soils in that is rich in organic acid and pH ranged at 3-4.But environment enzyme and soil heavy metal contamination varied, which influence the soil washing effect. This paper investigated the leaching effect of different environmental enzymes for different soils by batch experiment and soil column elution. This main results follow as:(1)Soil leaching effect varied greatly with different the environment enzyme, soil and heavy metal elements;the NO.10 soil with the lowest heavy metal content in the soil got the best leaching effect, the leaching rate of the soils contaminated with high heavy metal content werre relatively low;the leaching effect of the No.1-4 environment enzymes with longer aging time were better than others.(2)Leaching rate of Cd varied from 24% to 31%;but in most cases, the leaching effect of Pb,Zn and Mn is lower than 7.2%,10% and 10% respectively.(3)Leaching rate of Ca and Mg was 20~30% and 15~25% respectively, which will affect soil nutrients;but the leaching rate of Fe is less than 0.50%.(4)For the Pb and Zn elements, the leaching effect of the topsoil is better than that of the deep soil, but the Mn has the best subsurface soil leaching effect, and the Pb leaching effect of each layer of soil is similar;it is relative to the original soil. The three main morphological contents, the proportions of weak acid extracted from the four elements after leaching decreased, the proportion of Pb,Zn,and Mn residues increased, and the proportion of Pb reduced states increased, while the Zn and Mn reduced states accounted for The ratio is reduced.
