To solve the problems about the poor anti-sintering performance and cycle stability of Ca-based sorbent pellets,a number of scientific problems about that Ca-based sorbent pellets modifed through typical inert support?Mg,Al?had been studied in this thesis.To study the sorbent pellets modified through Mg-based insert support,three routines of pellets preparation were studied including soaking,mechanical mixing and simultaneous hydration-incorporation.It was found that the sorbent pellets produced via simultaneous hydration-incorporation possess the best cyclic sorption performance.In addition,the content of incorporated MgO significantly affects the cyclic CO2 capture performance of sorbent pellets.The pellets introduced to 25 wt.%MgO display the highest conversion of66.39%,which is approximately 1.52 times that of the pellets introduced to 5 wt.%MgO after25cycles.Moreover,theMgO-incorporatedpelletspreparedvia extrusion-spheronization possess the high capability to resist attrition.In the end,the effect of SO2 existence during the carbonation stage on on their cyclic CO2 capture performance of sorbent pellets.It was found that the introduction of SO2 resulted in the quickly decline of the CO2 capture performance of sorbent pellets.To study the sorbent pellets modified through Al-based insert support,the sorbent pellets prepared by wet mixing similar to simultaneous hydration-incorporation in this thesis.The effect of Al-based content on the CO2 sorption performance of pellets had been also studied in this paper.The result indicates that the more Al-based inert solid support that is introduced,the better the CaO conversion.Afterwards,three common biomass power?wheat,willow and halm?had been chosen to study the effect of the kinds of biomass on CO2capture performance of sorbent pellets.It was found that the addition of three kinds of biomass can effectively improve the pore structure of the sorbent pellets,therefore,enhancing CO2 capture performance of sorbent pellets.And three kinds of biomass modification capacity is similar.In addition,the effect of the existence of CO2 during calcination stage on the CO2sorption performance of pellets had been studied in this thesis.The result indicates that the existence of CO2 during the calcination stage has a negative impact on the CO2 sorption performance of the sorbent pellets.At last,the antiattrition of the prepared sorbent pellets were also studied in this paper.The mass loss of all the adsorbent samples after 1 000 rpm rotation test was below 1%.The weight losses of all sorbent pellets after 3000 rotations are less than 1%,and the result indicates that the sorbent pellets prepared in this thesis have a good mechanical properties.
