In order to prepare silver nanowire(AgNW)and poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF)composites,we have studied the computer simulation of percolation theory,the preparation of silver nanowires,the preparation of silver nanowires and PVDF composites.The base for the Monte Carlo simulation by using the Python scientific computing in simulation process,we use the optimal connectivity problem in weighted and fast search set path compression algorithm,as well as for a special optimization,has achieved a certain effect.Then,silver nanowires were synthesized by polyol method,and the effects of precursor concentration,reaction time,catalyst concentration and PVP molecular weight on the growth process of silver nanowires were explored.The causes of various factors are analyzed briefly from the molecular dynamics of multiple twin growth mechanisms.As the content of glycol solution containing acetaldehyde increased from 0ml to 150 ml,the length of silver nanowire gradually increased,and the mixed particles gradually decreased.The reaction time of the silver nanowires is about 4 hours.The concentration of FeCl3 in the 7.5 tested at the 15 selection under the in order to ensure the silver nanowires with good morphology,produced silver nanoparticles concentration is higher or lower FeCl3 could result in more.Then the silver nanowires directly with PVDF composite obtained AgNW/PVDF composite materials,and the use of sol-gel method in silver nanowires coated with a layer of SiO2 so that the AgNW@SiO2/PVDF composite materials were obtained,in which the dielectric performance compared to the AgNW/ PVDF composite materials have improved significantly.At 100 Hz,the dielectric constant of 30wt% AgNW/PVDF composite is up to 14.96,and the dielectric constant of AgNW@SiO2/PVDF of 40wt% is as high as 49.21.
