With the development of computer technology and numerical simulation theory,CAE technology has become more and more mature in the field of casting.The macro simulation of castings such as temperature field,flow field and stress field has become more and more mature.The numerical simulation results can provide scientific data support for optimization of the casting process.As an important input parameter of CAE analysis,thermophysical parameters highlight more and more important functions.The accuracy and richness of the parameters directly affect the accuracy of CAE simulation and prediction.Based on this,this paper studies a reverse thermal technology parameter of casting,proposes an error analysis and calculation method,establishes a thermal property parameter GA-BP model,designs a casting temperature measurement experiment,and adopts an object-oriented programming idea to complete the development of a software system.,and use the inverse system to modify the thermal properties of 25 CrMo material.The main work is as follows:Firstly,the error analysis calculation method between the measured temperature curve and the simulated temperature curve is proposed.Based on this,a genetic algorithm(GA)combined with a neural network(BP)is used to establish the thermal property parameter and the curve segmentation error value.GA-BP model.Comprehensively discuss the effects of several error analysis methods in analyzing the similarity between curves,and propose a method for calculating the absolute error of the area based on the curve segmentation;the piecewise error values of the thermal property parameters to be modified and the simulated and measured curves are sampled.Train neural network and improve its accuracy continuously.Set genetic algorithm parameters and use genetic algorithm intelligent optimization function to obtain reliable material thermal properties parameters.Secondly,with the aid of the wxWidgetsGUI architecture library,an object-oriented idea is used to design and develop a thermal property parameter reversal system.Set up a software development platform and set up a development environment.According to the logical flow in the process of reversed nature,the system is divided into three parts,InteCast interaction module,error analysis and prediction calculation module,and interface interaction module,and each module needs are analyzed one by one.The model objects in each module,and establish the coupling relationship between the model objects to achieve software development.Finally,the developed system was used to reverse-resolve the thermal properties of a certain casting company's casting material,and the system application effect was analyzed.Taking the thermal property parameters of a company's actual casting material 25 CrMo as the research object,the temperature measurement experiment of the casting process is designed to obtain the temperature variation curve of the part of the casting,and the reverse correction of the original parameters is performed using the thermal property parameter reversed system;The reliability analysis of the system was verified by the comparison between the front and rear temperature curves and the simulated casting defects and real defects simulated using the modified thermal properties parameters.
