Aiming at the existing fluidized bed direct synthesis of methyl chlorosilane monomer(dimethyl dichlorosilane)by-product of low-boiling mixture(hereinafter referred to as low boiling),azeotrope,trimethyl chlorosilane,a methyl trichlorosilane and high boiling mixture(hereinafter referred to as the high boiling),and mainly through various means to the transformation of its by-product product dimethyl dichlorosilane monomer,the solution of methyl chlorosilane monomer in the process of production methods of comprehensive utilization of by-products and effective processing way,in order to further speed up the comprehensive utilization of by-product methyl chlorosilane monomer of industrialization,at the same time,through the rational utilization of comprehensive utilization of by-product methyl chlorosilane monomer unit optimization synthesis of methyl chlorosilane monomer process,create a good economic efficiency and the energy consumption of ecological and environmental benefits.The thesis is divided into two parts.The first part: the synthesis and utilization of organic silicon monomer.Under the action of the catalyst,the pyrolysis reaction of high boiling and hydrogen chloride in the synthesis of methyl chlorosilane monomers was obtained,and the methyl chlorosilane monomers with economic value were obtained.By studying the influence of cracking process conditions on the reaction,optimizing the process of high boiling cracking and adjusting the process of synthesizing methyl chlorosilane.For other by-product methyl chlorosilane monomer transformation of the new fixed bed mix disproportionation method,the fixed bed disproportionation process conditions,adjust the conversion efficiency and adaptability to different raw materials,combined with the synthesis of methyl chlorosilane monomer process optimization adjustment,cooperate with each other and complement each other.The second part:the process of synthesis of methyl chlorosilane monomers was optimized by using the by-product of methyl chlorosilane monomer.Established by studying the by-product methyl chlorosilane monomer unit,understand the by-product device matching with the synthesis of methyl chlorosilane monomer,reduction process of synthesis of methyl chlorosilane monomer,improve by-products device efficiency,so as to guide the production,improve the yield ofprimary production,less waste emissions,reduce energy consumption,etc.
