Cyaniding technology is widely used in the production of gold by a large amount of enterprises.In the process of cyanide gold production,copper,iron and other impurity ions are easily combined with cyanide ions to form complexes which are hard to dissociate such as[Cu?CN?2]-?[Fe?CN?6]4-With the increase of the number of cycles,the impurity metal ions in the heap leaching solution are constantly concentrated,and the tendency of increasing concentration is inevitable,which directly affects the efficiency of gold extraction and the continuous circulation of the process.In addition,heavy metal wastewater containing cyanide ions is toxic and not easy to degrade,and it is strictly prohibited to discharge directly.if not handled properly,not only the aquatic organisms would be harmed,the water quality would be deteriorated,and it is likely to affect the entire food chain,and final accumulated in the human body causing cancer and all kinds of diseases.Therefore,the cyanide dregs leaching gold method impurity removal is the need to solve the key technical problems for the gold mining industry.This paper is modified with a common silane coupling agent,and uses spherical aerogels as the carrier to get a modified treatment,loading the amino,mercapto to the spherica aerogel effectively to make special heavy metal selective adsorbent.In order to study its physical and chemical properties and adsorption behavior,SXRD,SEM and other characterization methods were used.In addition,the paper also explores the material structure and microstructure of the sample.And the paper further designed the cyanide reactor leaching gold solution related to the process,laid the foundation for the gold mining scale application,with strong practical value.The main research contents are below:1.Na3TMT as a flocculant was added to the simulated water sample and subjected to flocculation and sedimentation test.After adding a certain amount of Na3TMT,the removal rate of heavy metal ions in water samples can reach 90%,which indicates that Na3TMT has strong complex effect on heavy metal ions such as copper and iron in cyanide-containing wastewater.2.A series of functionalized hybrid spherical aerogels such as SA-SiO2-KH550,SA-SiO2-DB580,SA-SiO2-DB590 were successfully prepared by using silane coupling agent and spherical silica-based airgel as raw materials by means of sharp hole-solidification bath method and atmospheric pressure drying method.The results show that the obtained hybrid spherical silica aerogels have nanometer filamentous mesoporous structure with large specific surface area.It was verified by heavy metal adsorption experiment that the hybrid spherical silica aerogels had good adsorption effect on heavy metal ions on the basis of maintaining good sphericality.The maximum adsorption capacities of SA-SiO2-KH550,SA-SiO2-DB580 and SA-SiO2-DB590 for Cu2+were 178 mg.g-1,152 mg.g-1,190 mg.g-1respectively.And the speed of adsorption and desorption is fast,and the application prospects is bright.3.The self-made functional spherical aerogels were used as adsorbents,and they were filled in the test equipment.The poor solution provided by a mining company was treated with good adsorption effect and easy to enlarge the test.The process flow,adsorption and desorption of silicon-based aerogels were designed.The process of removing the impurities does not affect the concentration of sodium cyanide in the process solution,and it has no significant effect on the gold,silver concentration and pH in the solution.Adsorption and desorption are carried out at room temperature,it does not produce secondary pollution.Circulates and adsorption aerogel can achieve multiple re-use,reducing the cost of treatment.The adsorption of cyanide-containing heavy metal ions by desorption and separation after treatment can be recycled,turning waste into treasure.The entire production process can achieve continuous automated operation.
