With the expansion of the production and scale of L-lysine,the control process is gradually automatic and intelligent.However,the current hot intelligent control algorithms have put forward high requirements for the accuracy and real time of the input data of L-lysine fermentation process.Therefore,how to monitor the key parameters of lysine fermentation process to be the scale of L-lysine in real time The key of chemical production is the premise and foundation of optimal control.At present,the acquisition of these key parameters is still using off-line and testing means,which causes the final data to have no small delay and error,and it is seriously restricted.The real time control effect of L-lysine production process has prevented the development of its industrialization scale.Based on the above problem,a soft sensing modeling method based on the inverse method of fuzzy neural network is designed.The process mechanism of L-lysine fermentation process is studied and analyzed,and the dynamic model of L-lysine fermentation process is given,and the dynamic model of the lysine fermentation process is given.The reversibility of the dynamic model is analyzed.On this basis,the soft sensing model of the inverse Llysine fermentation process based on the particle swarm optimization algorithm is built.The experimental simulation proves the effectiveness of the method.In order to apply the soft sensing algorithm to the actual L-lysine fermentation process,a system software for remote monitoring of L-lysine fermentation process was designed and developed under the Visual C integrated development environment.The software is based on the on-line measurement and off-line analysis data of Llysine fermentation process,and embedded in the inverse soft sensing COM module,which can realize the remote acquisition of directly measurable process variables in the L-lysine fermentation process.Processing and real-time online prediction of key process variables.According to the hardware requirements of the L-lysine fermentation process monitoring system,a soft sensing intelligent monitoring system for the key process variables in the fermentation process of L-lysine fermentationprocess is constructed by using standard hardware module and typical instrument,taking embedded system as the core.The embedded real-time operating system is transplanted into the operating system,and related hardware circuits and software programs are designed.The monitoring system can meet the real-time requirements of the system,and the software and hardware functions can be modified,expanded and upgraded conveniently.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the whole text,this paper puts forward the subject to be further studied and the prospect of the technology in the future.
