This paper summarizes the development history and application of fluorine-containing compounds and phenylboronic acid and its derivatives.The introduction of fluorine-containing groups in organic molecules has changed the electrical and simulated effects of fluorine-containing organic compounds.These compounds exhibit extremely low surface energy,high chemical stability and hydrophobicity,which are widely used Agriculture,medicine,dyes,organic synthesis and other fine chemical products.Phenylboronic acid compounds occupy an important position in organic synthesis due to their non-toxic,harmless,non-deliquescent,high reactivity,environmental protection and so on applying to biological,fine chemicals,polymer materials and other scientific research areas.As people pay attention to fluorobenzene boronic acid compounds and the development of modern science and technology,other functions of fluorine-containing phenyl boronic acid compounds will be further excavated.Their functions will be gradually played,and will make greater contribution to human health and development.Therefore the pentafluoroethylbenzene boronic acid compounds synthesized in this paper will have far-reaching significance in scientific research,medicine,and pesticides.A series of isoxazole heterocyclic compounds with 15 nitro groups were designed and synthesized.In this paper,a series of synthetic routes of five fluoroethyl benzyl borates were designed.Firstly the fluorine-containing benzene ring used as the raw material and trimethyl borate obtain o-fluorophenylboronic acid.Then o-fluorophenylboroni-c acid and ethyl o-pentafluoroethyl propionate obtain o-fluoropentafluoroethylben.Finally,the target compound was obtained by the reaction of LDA and trimethyl borate.The13 heterocyclicn compounds developed in this paper have no CAS number.Theprocess is simple,manipulation easily and the yield is higher,which is a new compound and has great development prospect.
