In this project,SBR?Sequencing Batch Reactor Activated Sludge Process?and its bio-membrane combination process were used to conduct a deep research on urban sewage treatment.Through experiments,the method for determining the running time of each process in each process route was given,the operation time and operation effect of each process in each process were determined,the operating parameters of each process were optimized,and high nitrogen and phosphorus removal was achieved.The rate enables the biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal of wastewater to be balanced.The effect of sewage dosing rate on the nitrogen removal performance of R1?predeposition nitrogen and phosphorus removal SBR process?and R11?predeposition nitrogen and phosphorus removal SBR-biomembrane combination process?was analyzed,and the best test was determined.Sewage dosing rate method.The effects of sludge age,pH value and carbon source(based on the traditional nitrogen and phosphorus removal SBR process R2and traditional nitrogen and phosphorus removal SBR-biofilm combination process R22)on the process performance were studied,and the optimal sludge age was determined.Optimal dosing of carbonates and methanol(for R2 and R22).The operating schedule,operating conditions and operating results of SBR and its combined processes are given.The basic values of alkalinity and organic carbon source needed for nitrogen and phosphorus removal in the wastewater were calculated and compared with the experimental values.The conclusion that the test result was reliable and the test data was credible was obtained.The theoretical calculation and sorting of the test results are performed,the operating costs are estimated,and the design calculation parameters of the four processes are given to provide the basis for the design calculation.The advantages and disadvantages of each process were analyzed to provide the basis for the selection of the process.After the stable operation of the SBR and its biofilm combination processing system,the total phosphorus concentration in the effluent of R1reaches the Class 1B emission standard in the“Emission Standard of Pollutants for Urban Wastewater Treatment Plants”?GB18918-2002?,and the total phosphorus concentration in the effluent of R2 reaches The national standard 2 discharge standards and other effluent water quality indicators all meet the national standard A standard discharge requirements.It shows that after optimizing the parameters of the SBR and biofilm combination process,the pollutant removal effect has been greatly improved and the capital investment is more economical.
